I brought in 2 phones here to have the screens repaired,an iPhone and a galaxy s21 which were both boost mobile, the cashier proceeds to tell me he has another galaxy s21 and said if I bought(which was in way better condition than mine)that he can just switch out basically the insides of the phone for my info and it’ll be a lot easier and so he will give me a deal which the galaxy was $249 by itself and the iPhone was like $120-130.I specifically told him they were boost phones and he said it didn’t matter it would still be compatible with my service.i bring it to boost and they tell me they can’t switch the phone I paid for because it’s not compatible with my service.(in which he told me it would work before I left his store the first time)-well I go to try to get a refund because he knew it wasn’t compatible and still sold me a phone for $250 that I can’t use..I just want my money back but he keeps trying to tell me it is compatible when boost tried to make it work but figured out it can’t with the phone because he sold me an AT&T phone and just told me it would be compatible just so I’d buy it and he refuses to give me a refund.the case on the back is from my boost phone,and clearly you can see it’s a completely different color from the phone I bought from him so it won’t work for boost because he no longer has my boost phone and he sold me an AT&T shell of a phone.so basically it’s insides are boost and it outside is AT&T outside and told me it would work.he never provided me with a receipt nor even asked because he knew exactly who I was when I came in and dropped $500 for 2 new screens instead scams me for a phone he knows isn’t gonna work with my service and got ripped...
   Read moreAt this Mount door location the repair supposedly specialist are unqualified. They do not have proper customer service. They will not tell you the warranty procedures if your phone does not make it outside of their 30 days that they warranty it. I have not dropped my phone once came back because I have a line through my screen where when they were replacing my back screen, they dug too deep and more than likely have cracked my LED screen that displays my phone They’re saying that they cannot find my receipt even though I justified it showed my payment and it’s been within the 30 days they never once discussed the warranty procedure with me prior to me getting my phone fixed. They never told me that we can fix your phone, but however, if these things happen to your phone, you will not be able to be eligible for a replacement or repair this place is a money pit if you can and have the money, just utilize Apple that’s using certified Apple parts and not refurbished parts Being repaired on by people less incompetent. No one has anything to say about the poor service I received that this location and he doesn’t even want to discuss or show that he has seen that I was in here less than 30 days. He cannot justify my receipt.    Read moreI had my tablet battery replaced here awhile back and it was by far the most affordable option. Other places wanted to charge for 'diagnostics' even though I knew what the issue was. Techy did NOT charge me to diagnose the problem and the battery replacement was less than half what other places wanted. Plus I get a lifetime warranty on the battery.
More recently, My daughter's phone screen stopped responding. I took it in and was told she would need a new screen. Initially I was told it would be about 5 days to get the new screen in but after a few weeks I hadn't heard anything. By that time, the phone had completely died (couldn't turn it off with the screen not working) and I tried turning it on just because. It came right on and wprked perfectly. When I went to Techy to request a refund for the repair (since I never actually had it repaired) the technician named Seth and his supervisor agreed to refund the cost to me.
