adidas Outlet Store New York, Skyview Center Outlets — Attraction in New York

I am Level 4 loyal customer of Adidas .I shopped very frequently at store.A few weeks ago tried to purchase a few backpacks and use my points and Manager (Patrick) told that I can't use my points as I am buying a bulk .Cashier explained me that I can purchase same products not more that 9 items ,however I am not buying same products at that time. Today again ,I am trying to purchase different backpacks for kids who's back to school,during check out he came up and told that I can't use my discount card that store issued to me last time to use for next purchase and I asked him why and he said I buying more than 9 items ,which I am agreed but there were 4 different products . He said they all back packs ,my questions is how he could said that all the backpacks are the same ,so customers can't buy more than 9 pieces T shirts or backpacks or socks whatsoever ,which no sense at all. I am so confused what is the reason store gave points and discount card to customers and not able to use as we wish. There were no sign ,no written notice about these all policies and especially which his attitude and customer service level is terrible and not acceptable at all and told that do u need my number ? I called Cooperate office twice and spoke with 2 agents and they also have no answer and tried to hold Manager with no luck. .I hope, Adidas could solve my concern once and for the rest of customers who faced same issue at this shop. Limited female sizes Discount racks are small sizes medor XXL You have to ask for a shopping bag Signs should display if the items are 50% off the tagged price Need a chart to display 40 % or 50% off regular price to help the customer

Went back today The two young men were there to help u on the floor An improvement But the store is suppose to be open at 10am When I got there the doors were still closed two men were waiting outside I guess they were having a mini staff meeting before the doors open So they did open up late only a couple minutes after 10 am

Meanwhile nike had a line outside and their doors opened at 10am Don't return any items at this store go to deer park if possible . Better return policy and staff. Someone from head quarters needs to do a surprise visit and shop in the store to actually see why this store is doing well . Hire entire new staff or send them back to training without pay allow them to see how they could improve or be fired. Customers have rights.

As much as I love Adidas, they could do even better with their prices. This is suppose to be an outlet store. If I'm going to travel there I'm looking for deals where I plan to leave the store with 5 or 6 bags, like shoppers dp downstairs at NIKE. Why have racks and shelves full of inventory, and more in the back, when you can offload it and get more revenue flowing in. I saw people looking but the line wasn't long at all and everyone that walked in didn't leave with a bag- and that should tell you something. Here's a free tip Adidas, you want people wearing your brand- so make it so affordable that people leave your store with something. Whoever's in charge of this store could be doing better. Racks are full of clearance items....well, I still love Adidas but I don't have nearly as much merch in my closet that I'd like, but I also love to...
