The Best! The Brooklyn Zoo is our favorite gym for parkour, gymnastics, aerial silks, Ninja training and more! I was a high level gymnast for many years, before motherhood. I trained at many places for many years and completed at many as well, nationally. No doubt, BK Zoo is truly the best! The events are fun for kids, teens and adults. The experience had here is like no other. Everyone that comes here will increase in confidence and fitness alike. Moreso the owner is a delightful peach, compassionate, energetic and encouraging! You will undoubtedly leave with a smile, wanting to turn around and come right back asap! We were treated with such kindness, for many years. We came here very shy and over time I noticed so much more confidence that can only be attributed to the highest level of personal attention to every individual's needs and goals. The team is skillful and each trainer/instructor takes extra time attention and care to encourage students to set goals and upgrade skill sets with the utmost of professionalism, courtesy, respect and safety. My little one and I have been loyal to the BKZoo for years and recommend it to EVERYONE - all are welcome and all will find fun, fitness, and personal growth on all levels, regardless of age, skill set or goal, everyone is a winner here. I cannot express enough how very thankful to the Brooklyn Zoo I am for the positive encouragement, happiness and love offered to all...

When the weather dips into the teens and your little ones have tons of energy to release, the Brooklyn Zoo is a great place to let them release their inner animals. I signed my 7-year-old nephew up for the Parkour Basics class. He had a great time learning how to properly run and jump in the different indoor obstacle courses on the 2nd floor. Next, he took the Ninja Training class on the 1st floor, which is great for kids into the American Ninja Warrior shows. In both classes, the kids are taught to stretch and warm up before beginning their training, and they are given a water break in the middle of the class. Each class is an hour long and led by instructors who focus the children's energies by having them do specific stunts. When asked, my nephew said he preferred the Ninja Training class more because the stunts were more fun.

Each class is $25, but you can purchase a 10-pack for $180. It's best to create an account on their website first, sign up for the classes you want to take, then just check in at the front desk to see where the class is held. Classes are available for any age group, including adults. And like with any type of physical activity, care must be taken to avoid injuries, so instructors should be followed or consulted before...

Every time I get the chance to make my way to the Brooklyn Zoo driving from Long Island I always have an amazing experience. Last night I competed in my first NNL with Justin Conway being the host and even though I went out a lot sooner than I expected on the course I can definitely say I still had an incredible time. Surrounding yourself which this ninja community is just a comfortable feeling and everyone is so welcoming and accepts you for who you are. Justin Conway has such an amazing heart and has a way of interacting, connecting and especially motivating children, teenagers, adults, people of all ages. He has that ninja spirit and wants to share it with everyone. I even brought my friend last night and after just being at the zoo one time told me we would train together and next year he would compete as well. Over all it’s always a pleasure making my way down to the Brooklyn Zoo. It’s such a friendly environment and you are never judge, it’s actually the complete opposite. The ninja family would want to help you in trying to succeed. I forgot to mention my friend and I had a lot of great connections with other ninjas last night and made some friends in the process. The Brooklyn Zoo is where it’s at to just be yourself and feel like you are part...

We didn’t let the ☔️ rain stop us. We had the best time at the Brooklyn / Prospect Park Zoo yesterday. Going in the rain is also kinda a hack because there are no crowds. In 2025 we all know it’s difficult to find low cost, fun activities, so my sister & I were surprised to see how affordable entry was for this zoo. It’s cheaper than any of the entry fees for any in our area. Also, NY, your peacocks are different. They dgaf 🤣🦚 #brooklynzoo #prospectparkzoo #brooklynny #nyctiktok #brooklyntiktok #nyckids #prospectpark
