NOT FULLY OPEN-- FALL 2023. I've ridden on this in the past and it's fantastic, but as of Sept 23, it's a mess. We joined near the top, were able to ride south less than a block before it was closed for construction, with no info of where to rejoin or detour routes. Saw info online that construction stopped at 14th, crossed back over the FDR, over three big blocks and down there, over a pedestrian bridge, rode a block and a half...and closed again. Back over a pedestrian bridge, no info on where it might resume. Once it's repaired, I'm sure it will be great, but if you're riding around now, be advised.
