PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!! Most disrespectful experience ever. I have been calling this place for 5 months now straight, and usually they're late or incorrect about their time, but they make up for it in the sense that they will wait for you even if youre not out there (Because normally they're late so they seem to expect the rest). Now, having called this place, and having both guys on shift know my voice, i call at 7am to get home, only for them to tell me i have to wait 10 minutes. Of course, my friend and myself wait. 20 minutes pass, still no car. I Call the service, again, and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. The car still isn't there. The guy never comes back onto the phone, so I call again. He answers, and puts me on hold again after i explain to him the situation. It was a total of an hour and 20 minutes before the car got to where me and my friend were, waiting outside in the cold and drafty weather. The guy dispatching didn't even have the humbleness to call me back and tell me it would be later than expected, nor did he inform me that it would be as late as it was. Each phone call e tried to reiterate 1, 2, 3 minutes. NO JOB should ever not concern themselves with a client who's been giving them business for consecutive months. What kind of business is that? I Literally have 9 recorded messages of the guy putting me on hold, and after the 9th call, I told him i had the evidence that he was not reliable at all, and he says, "The Boss says to call later". If anyone has any self-respect for themselves, or just have respect for those who aren't** respectful to others or their careers as well, then you will not call this place. Disappointed. I used this service several times in the past to get to the airport, since they are typically less expensive that Uber/Lyft. I've always paid cash and never had a problem. Recently I needed a ride, but didn't have cash on me, so i paid through their booking website instead. When I got into the car, the driver asked me how I was paying and I told him I already had. He then went into a long explanation about how the online payment system doesn't actually work and that I would have to pay again and that he wouldn't get paid if i didn't. Meanwhile, I already had a pending charge from Mexicana on my credit card... I called the customer service number and we went back and forth, but nothing was actually settled. The guy on the phone didn't sound sure about anything he was saying. The driver assured me several times that their website payment didn't work and that my credit card would ultimately not be charged. Annoyed and a bit unsettled by this driver, he gave me an email to Zelle the money to. I did and then got the hell out of there to catch my flight. And guess what? I checked my credit card a few days later and surprise surprise, they did charge me. I disputed the charge and cancelled my card....

I was trying to support a local business by using their app and at first had no issues so referred them to several friends however that changed this week. On two occasions I received a price online and when the driver picked me up he tried charging me a different price. The first time I called company and spoke to a manager who said the online price will be honored and I will not have an issue. So few days later tried company again and same thing happened. They were charging me 12 dollars more than I reserved online. I called the company spoke to manager Larry who was very rude and did not honor online price said app gives out incorrect amounts. Also on two other occasions the app displayed a plate, car and color but when cab arrived it was something and someone different than what app displayed. I also asked for a receipt and the driver said they donât provide receipt. If app doesnât work take it down instead of misleading customers and jeopardizing their safety. I will not use them again and have reported them to TLC...
