Terrible! Bad after-sales, total neglect. I simply bought the ticket, paid more than usual with the intention of being entitled to the premium class, entitled to 2 bags and, without long stops, round trip to Brazil. However, I had to pay for the second bag at check-in, both on the way out and on the way back. I was unable to use the premium class on the way back; on the return they canceled my flight on a certain route, and i still had to pay for a private car to be able to board in another city. Not to mention twice that my flight was canceled due to Covid 19, and saleswoman Juliet simply did not answer my emails and I was unable to communicate with her by phone. The experience was horrible and the neglect of trying to solve something was even worse.
