Tried calling could not get a human. Then when I got there I had to find the EEOC office and an employee at security check-in said 9th floor, got to 9th floor another employee said 4th floor, 4th floor employee escorted me to the 2nd. I filled out a form to lodge a EEOC discrimination complaint and every issue I explained was shot down by the lady listening to my issues for being fired from a job. A lady friend who was also fired due to age discrimination was given the red carpet but; I left there deflated and felt like I was discriminated against for being a male and a Veteran. Not once was the lady sympathetic nor did she have an empathetic tone to her voice. Good luck on getting help there. I do not recommend this EEOC office to another...

I was in Orlando with my husband and daughter as we just bought a home that we stay at in the winter months. We had to visit city hall for some business and it was my daughters first time there so she was taking some pictures of the public areas for her instagram. Someone must have alerted the press secretary because she came and interrupted our business (her name is Cassandra) and was extremely confrontational and rude. We were in shock, she was being so aggressive with my 17 year old daughter and it seemed like she was not mentally stable or on some type of drugs.
