Our search for an in-stock dining table -- which is difficult to find these days -- led us to Re[X] over the weekend. Greeted by James, we found what we were looking for and more almost right away. To say he made browsing and debating options fun is an understatement. And Ralf, the super-friendly and knowledgable owner, sets a high bar for ensuring his customers are treated well. From answering questions and quickly preparing our purchases for transport to graciously going above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute exchange (totally due to my inability to make a decision), Ralf exemplifies a true pro -- one that knows how to build trust and brand loyalty with first-time shoppers.

I want to call out that everyone working in Re[X] was wearing masks at all times -- in the store and when helping us load our car. Additionally, the space itself is airy and clean with ample space to maintain distance from other visitors.

This store is amazing and so is the team. I fell in love with a chair during a visit to Palm Springs but could not transport it home. When I called to see if they still had it a week later they did. Damien was so great, put it on hold for me immediately, sent me the authorization forms within an hour and texted me to let me know it was mine. He helped me arrange the pick up date and said it would be wrapped and ready for transport. He did not disappoint. The chair was packaged beautifully for transport, the entire pick up took 10 minutes, although he was not working the team knew I was coming, helped me load it and I was on my way. Wow! This place was awesome....and not what one would expect to find in a strip mall. A huge showroom of vintage MCM furniture, wall coverings, and furnishings. The also have one of the largest collections of vintage Blenko glass pieces I have seen in the desert. Damian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as were a couple of the vendors we spoke to.
