If I could give negative 100 stars I would. My iPhone was having issues and so my husband took it to geek squad to fix it. After they “fixed” it they gave it to my husband but the screen went blank. When my husband showed them they took the phone and told him they would fix it. They asked if we have iCloud and he said yes. However, they never said they would wipe my phone and did not explain what they were going to do to my phone or what was wrong. Well, they wiped my phone and all the photos I have of my daughter and family that I will NEVER get back. When my husband got home he showed me and told me what happened. We went back to the store and asked to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation and asking the manager of there was anything he could do he said probably not and went to the back for probably about 10 minutes and another manager went back with him for another few minutes. When they came out, they were incredibly rude and told me they had video footage of my husband coming in and that they asked if they could wipe the phone. They also said they spoke to the person who fixed my phone and they said that she said she asked. They claimed that because they asked if we had iCloud that was them getting permission to wipe my phone. Again they never said they were wiping my phone and when we went in to ask. Read moreUNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Unreal! A team shows up 2 hours outside of the 4 hour window but that’s nothing - I ordered a new range and over the range microwave. Within 5 mins one guy tells us they can’t install our microwave because our existing microwave is hardwired and they don’t hard wire appliances so we need an electrician. Okay fine that’s not what we expected but whatever. Next I’m in the living room with my husband and we hear what we think is drilling but come to find out it was high pressure refrigerant escaping from the brass line they punctured that runs behind the range. The installer didn’t tell us and he and his partner were trying to wrap sealant tape around the leak. One of them even asked the other if it was gas they were hearing. After the leak stopped (because all the pressurized Freon ran out) they told us some air was leaking but they sealed it up. Now our AC compressor will not turn on and we just had this unit put in 3 months ago. Absolute worst experience in the world - essentially all they needed to do was plug in a stove - I think they hit the line drilling into the wall to add a non tip bracket and hit the pipe - Stay away from this...
