I love Sephora and always feel like the ladies are helpful, especially Shama (LOVE HER) but Iām going to try avoiding going to this location again. I was there on 5.12.24 with my friend and P rung us up at the register and was extremely rude and impatient. I wanted to scan my sunscreen separately because it gets paid under my HSA account and she was like I donāt need to know that. With so much attitude. I was only providing that information so she knew why not to ring up everything together. She also got mad at me when I asked for a receipt and rolled her eyes and told me there was a line of people waiting to get rung up. She emailed me the receipt which was okay but I didnāt hear her say the total when I put my card down to pay so thatās why I had asked. She had ZERO patience and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Basically ruined my friend and my day. When she did give me the receipt after storming off to go print it she was so condescending and not genuine at all. I donāt know how she still has a position at Sephora when she treats customers poorly. My friend also had a separate bad experience when she got rung up while I was still shopping. I can understand if I was at Walmart or a bargain store, but the products at Sephora are expensive and I always spend hundred of dollars when Iām there. The least I can expect is some good...

Unfortunately, this wasnāt the case. I spent 10 minutes attempting to find an available employee; Once I was able to speak with one, I request my order they agreed to grab it. The worker proceeded to have a conversation with another costumer. For the next 15 minutes I waited to receive my products from the employee whom proceeded to look in my direction and walk away. Another employee greeted guest asking them if they needed anything. After seeing this infraction i asked for assistance while explaining my situation. After about another 10 minutes I finally got my items. I am disappointed by this experience. Im a regular online pickup consumer since Iām typically in a rush and prefer to grab and go. I made a mistake at a party and ended up with a hickey (oops, don't we all make mistakes sometimes?) and I had no idea where to even begin to cover it up. I bough some stuff from CVS, but nothing that I bought matched my shade. Jill (I think that was her name) was able to help me out and get a really good match on my skin to get this thing covered. Jill and I made connections while she was helping me, and the makeup was an affordable price.
