AVE Phoenix Sky — Attraction in Phoenix

This is truly a great building to live in as a digital nomad.

Brand new units with stainless steel appliances! -wonderful staff! great views of both the sunset and the sunrise. -A state of art gym with everything you need to be a bodybuilder! (well there’s no protein shakes or anything, but they have all the machines you need! )

The staff is incredible. Jocelyn, Elsa, Christie, and all the other sweet ladies!

The rooftop pool is wonderful. I do hate that it closes at night😂…

This is a pet friendly building so there are tons of cute furry friends but no poop! 💩

We are walking distance from all of the happening spots downtown in Phoenix ! Yet I feel very safe and secure. There is overnight security, and you need a key fob to get anywhere in the building.

There is an incredible clubhouse upstairs to host Amazing dinner parties. I host my monthly Chew Crew dinner parties here.

There is also plenty of parking. 🅿️

This building is also perfect for our fellow dink lifestylers! As there is not a lot of rambunctious children living here or at least I don’t hear them or see them. Heheh.

There’s even cute bicycles you can rent out front to ride around downtown! I definitely feel like I am living better here!

The community engagement activities!

Each month they host activities for the residence like paint and sips, bloom & sips, game night, trivia nights, karaoke, etc. They’re really a great way to feel appreciated as a resident while also a chance to meet your neighbors.

UPDATE: I’ve been living here for about 9 months now—and I still absolutely love it! I’d highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained, and dog-friendly place to call home.

From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, communicative, and GENUINELY helpful. The facilities are always CLEAN, the environment feels SAFE, and the views are honestly one of the highlights of my day!

I also really appreciate the thoughtful community events they organize—it’s a fun way to meet people and adds great value to the living experience.

What truly sets this apartment apart from my past experiences is the level of care that the leasing staff provides. I have had a few small issues since move-in, but they are always handled promptly and with care. Christie is my favorite as she has helped me out a lot, but everyone here is wonderful and kind....

Living at Ave Phoenix Sky has been nothing short of incredible, and a huge part of that experience is thanks to Michael, the property manager. He’s always available and ready to help with anything, no matter how big or small, making life here so much easier and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents the way Michael does.

The property itself is unmatched—packed with amenities that feel like true luxury living. The state-of-the-art gym, ultra-luxury clubhouse, and the rooftop pool with stunning views make it feel like a five-star resort. One of my favorite features is the sky walk, where you can relax with breathtaking views while sipping a cup from the complimentary coffee bar that offers over 15 different brews.

And when it’s time to head out, the rentable electric scooters make exploring downtown Phoenix effortless. With hundreds of restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots within walking distance, there’s always something new to discover right outside your door.
