Absolutely horrible experience. The woman working the desk acts like she hates her job. From the moment me and my family walked in the door she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her! We walked up to the desk and she was on her cell phone completely ignoring us as she talked about what she was doing today and tomorrow. After completing her phone call we were finally addressed. We have a little one who didn’t want to ride so we asked if it was ok for him to just sit and not watch or ride because he was afraid. She said stopped listening to us and opened up her phone and started a voice to text saying “are you still on the floor because I have to use the bathroom” interrupting my question before I could even get it out. I waited for her to send her messaged and I asked again. She said he can sit there and not look but we had to pay. We said that’s fine and we paid. The assistant coach came and took her spot and then told the next family that their 2 little ones probably wouldn’t register in the seat. Around this time she came back and told them they didn’t have to pay for their little ones. At this point the room is packed with people. I waited until she was alone and I approached her and asked about the other family not having to pay for their little ones not playing. She said that was her managers decision. I asked if she could ask him about mine as well. She huffed and said she’d have to ask him but had to go outside to call. She stormed outside and when she came back in she walked past us and yelled from across the room while rolling her eyes “the reason why they didn’t pay is because they won’t register and that was the managers decision. He will be over here to discuss it”. After that a family walks up to the counter and she yells “ there’s a wait because I have to wait until my manager comes and handles this situation “. She did the same thing when the family after them came in. When the assistant coach came in we spoke to him and he tried to be as helpful as he could. He did speak to her about apologizing, but her apology was “I’m sorry” then she looked at him and said “I don't even know what I’m apologizing for”. He spoke to her more and she then said “ I said I’m sorry” then she walked off. At this point we are done, needless to say we asked for a full refund and declined arcade tokens from the assistant coach. As far as the assistant coach he was very pleasant and nice and very helpful. He tried to do damage control and he apologized for her and the situation. He also emphasized how he didn’t want this experience to ruin our trip....
Read moreWe visited the 7d ride adventure on 11/4 in the evening, around 7:30pm maybe while on vacation. I requested a business card and the guy working write his name on it and I lost the card. I wanted to include that in this review. He was a slender caucasian guy with very dark hair and glasses. The ride's computer system went down and we had to wait longer, only ones in there at the time. He kept apologizing and gave us one complimentary ride due to the wait. Please train all of your employees to have customer service like this guy. Very polite, explained how to play, and just went above and beyond over all. Every customer that came in while this was going on, he promptly explained to them and no one left. I hope this guy gets recognition for my review, good customer service is rare now. We really enjoyed the ride, price was the most reasonable of anything we did, and we will be back. This is something we do every year, the game has never went down before when we were there and he promptly started rebooting so we had maybe a 8-10 minute wait if that and he let us have a seat in the game room...
Read moreMy husband and I went to pigeon forge for our honey moon this past weekend and decided to check this place out while at the Island. I'm not in to the whole video game thing but i absolutely loved it. I was very impressed with the 7d effects. We did the zombie and the gigamon. The gigamon was pretty cool but I loved the zombies. It was a serious adrenaline rush and I was legit scared, laughing and screaming the entire time trying to shoot them all. I closed my eyes a few times because the wrecks and going off road seemed so real. The zombies literally JUMP out at you. It was awesome and had our hearts pounding in a good fun way. I couldn't stop talking about it and it was very memorable. I think it lasted 7 minutes and was worth the 11 bucks per person. Dexton was the one that helped us through everything and was great, friendly and thorough. He seemed to really care about our experience, us as people and his position. He was great to deal with and made it that much better! Thank you Dexton! I highly recommended...
