I wouldn’t even give one star but guess I have to so I can leave my review long post ahead we watch the people who came in after us leave while my sister is choosing her picture and the guy going out behind her who works as security at the bird store running his mouth and arguing with her cause she didn’t want them taking her sons pic so then he wasn’t allowed to pet or see the bird and she couldn’t use her phone to take her own pics My son had done got yelled at for trying for my niece and we was stared and watched hard by the guy and the woken working the store and other guys but only one was always threw on us all the workers stood waiting to hear something just anything said negative so they could sock that guy on who ever an she done had my niece who is just 18 show him her phone and recently deleted photos as she was accused of taking pics then my son didn’t like the dude standing over top of my sister and he asked him to move back some that escaped into an arguemnte and we was kicked off the island where the man followed us to ver step running his mouth keeping the rukus going with my son and bro in law til he got my youngest nephew scared then jumps on a trolley bus and grabs the speaker and blurts out to ever one we was escorted off the island those people where jokes and I have lost nothing at the place not the whole island and won’t b bk so unprofessional and...

Pimping out Parrots While on the island our family was walking by this “store” and saw people holding parrots and taking pictures. My 6yr old just wanted to touch a parrot and they welcomed it. Then we told them we didn’t want a picture rather he just wanted to pet it for a second or two. They said that was not allowed. These people pimp out parrots under the cover “a sanctuary “ for parrots that need a home that might otherwise be euthanized, but they can’t let a kid touch one without a $30+ picture. If they were a donation to help care for these parrots I would have been happy to help. When we pushed back on we don’t want a picture and that it was weird that they had to take one in order for my child to touch one. The dark bearded fella with the camera very rudely told us to hit the road as we were already out of the store. The only reason someone would do this is to provoke the situation into something more. I had a issue with a worker named Anthony who was taking the pictures. We came in the gift shop and I stood in one spot near the birdcage to send a important text message. My friend wanted to get a photo done so when he went to take the picture I hear him start yelling at me. I didn’t understand what he said so I asked him to repeat himself and he was very rude and nasty yelling at me to not take pictures. 1) to assume I’m taking a picture when he could clearly see my fingers moving and my phone pointed downwards was his first mistake 2) he could have politely stated no pictures ( if that was the case) and I would have understood. We left with nothing because he ruined the whole mood. I should be able to step away and send a message while the rest of my party enjoys themselves without him loosing his mind.
