I had 3 boys that bought 3 ticket ride each. Two of the boys was cancer patients that my son brought with him. We are very disappointed that the ride attended looked at my son and kicked him off the ride after my son was coming up toward the attendant and he missed slowing down to stop the ride so instead of crashing into other riders he turned and went around one more time to make a safe approach. Before that a lot of riders was bumping while racing nothing said. My son pulls in and the attendant points at my son that is 12 years old and verbally shouts at him to never come back. I was watching the whole time. I approached him and asked why he got kicked off and attendant told cause he says so! I went to ticket booth to plead my son’s case and that guy absolutely went off on me. Screaming and leaning out of booth into my face. I explained it was wrong he then takes the metal roll up window and slams it down trying to smash my hands luckily the sign in computers was there when that metal smashed down. He probably broke every computer screen. There was a whole family trying to sign in and he scared them off and they said they would never be back there. That family even went in to verify that guy did that. I then went to see a manager to see what she would do. The girl inside called for a manager and asked me if it was the guy in ticket booth that did that to me and I said yes. She said they have had problems with him. So manager finally shows up and was just as rude as all the workers. I spent over $120.00 there and it scared those other two little boys to death they started crying and bad thing they are cancer patients. I want to THANK YOU for giving those boys a very memorable vacation!!! I might even still contact my attorney.. the date was 04/04/2024 at 5:00pm check video and watch your workers!! My lawyer will be asking for...
Read moreOur experience was ok... The first night we went, we got 2 mega deals and the manager was the one handling the transaction. He checked our Ids and we were on our way (required by each adult for the go kart rides). Get through the long line for go karts, mind you there are only 3 double go karts (mainly family place with smaller kids) therefore longer wait time. Allowing most single riders the pass through every one else giving them the chance to go two three four times before a double rider gets through one. However, each ride goes around the track about 4-5 times before its over which allows for a decent ride. Before we even get the chance to get on, there was a gas leak causing the entire track to shut down. We were given 2 options: 1. Get a refund if absolutely necessary or 2. Use anytime we want since they are good for forever. Most people who come are from out of town... Luckily we were in town the next day so we decided fine we will just come tomorrow. We come the next day and wait in the line again dealing with the same circumstances... And asked for our Ids again..even though they were already checked but due to the manager not writing Ids in the card..we were made to get out of line and go get them again. We try to carry minimal thimgs with us due to the rides.. our spots were not saved. We were just annoyed at the process of this on top of cashing in the tickets after spending so much... the kids only are able to get a piece of candy or two... Just suggest going somewhere else to spend money. Sorry for the lengthy response. Just our opinion....
Read moreVery disappointed in this place ...i remember going here once a day or more when i was a kid ...years later i return and from there it's all down here...first off they switch to cards which I'm OK with...but here is the worst things...first off almost 98% of the original games are gone ...this use to be a great place offering a huge assortment of games to play...on first walking in the door i was greeted by 2 employees and was shocked to see such a few amount of games in such a huge building...i made my way to a card kiosk...purchased a $20 play card which come with a free $5 bonus ...as i walked around i noticed Nearly all games required $1 ...which is outrageous...and not to mention games like the claw machines were rigged...they had the claws fixed to automatically open half way up...next the tickets are very low ...i played $60 worth and got a small bag of tickets and coins and such that could be turned in for prizes...which i just gave away because it was hardly enough for even a key chain... To me this was my child hood home...but now i will never return to this money greedy establishment...thank you for ruining what once was a great family pass time which was great for kids and adults of all ages...and turning it into a money sucking tourist attraction...please don't waste your time here there are better arcades and better things to spend your cash on in...
