primero advertirles de que si quieren muebles de muy mala calidad y caros pueden pasar por famsa es la segunda ocasion que compramos mubles ahi desde la primera vez compramos 2 juegos de recamaras una tardaron mas de un mes para entregarla y tuvimos que cambiar el modelo original por otro el cual se fue cayendo en pedazos poco a poco la segunda vez mi esposa quizo darles una segunda oportunidad esta vez fue un comedor cuando lo entregaron estaba danado tambien una silla tuvimos que esperar casi 30 dias para que nos trajieran otro el cual hasta el dia de hoy tengo que estar ajustando los tornillos de las sillas de vez en cuando por que siempre se aflojan por eso les recomiendo que no compren muebles aqui aun que el servicio del personal de ventas es bueno y los presta mos accesibles el producto es muy pesimo si se compara con algunas cosas que se pueden enciontrar en otra tiendas como walmart or target biglots etc mejor comparen la calida de ahi y se libraran de muchos dolores de cabeza incluso si los compra con garantia AUNQUE ELLOS RESPONDIERON AL REVIEW DANDO UN NUMERO PARA LLAMAR EL CUAL CUANDO HABLA UNO NO CONTESTAN O LO ATIENDEN Y LUEGO LE DICEN QUE LO VAN A PASAR CON ALGUIEN MAS Y NUNCA CONTESTAN POR ESO SI QUIEREN COMPRAR MUEBLES DE MALA CALIDAD Y CAROS ESTAN EN EL LUGAR CORRECTO Y SI TODAVIA LES SOBRA ALGO LO PUEDEN INVERTIR EN LA GARANTIA QUE LES OFRECEN PARA QUE SI TIENEN LA FORTUNA DE QUE LOS ATIENDAN SERIA LO MAXIMO DESAFORTUNADAMENTE EN NUESTRO CASO NO FUE ASI Y A TODA PERSONA QUE YO CONOZCO LES PIDO QUE NUNCA COMPREN AQUI PERO CADA QUIEN DECIDE SOLO...
