The Haven Center — Attraction in Provincetown

I was in there yesterday. The woman that helped me was phenomenal. I'm accustomed to medical shops. This was my first recreational shop and I'm over the moon. She knew where I was at. Introduced me to some newer things I probably would have passed. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, super nice, great smile. It was a very positive and wonderful experience. I wouldn't have made it without her help. I actually went back and got more of one particular thing that she recommended. She wasn't there when I went back, but the two budtenders that were there were extremely helpful getting that product. She even pointed me to a place with great quality teeshirts. Whoever owns this place I can tell you the staff there on September 1, 2022 were just so gracious, kind and knowledgeable! I also appreciated that they had another way in if you're in a wheelchair! Went to Brewster store tonight. While I was using the ATM some random girl unplugged the machine right before my money came out. When I express concern and asked what to do, the employees told me to call my bank then kicked me out of the store. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in ANY store in a long time. I felt abused. IF YOU CARE ABOUT BEING TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to Emerald Grove in Eastham, they’re so professional and kind there. My husband and I stopped in to check out the place this was our first time at a dispensary. We were greeted at the door by John who was super friendly and very informative , he helped us find everything we were looking for even though we were not exactly sure what we wanted. He was great explaining all the choices of products in depth. Jules was just as friendly and informative. Both of them had great customer service skills and were super easy to talk to. Overall great experience the atmosphere was nice and the employees were awesome definitely would visit again when we are in the area...
