Mossbacks Island Grill and The Fishbowl Bar — Restaurant in Put-in-Bay Township

My first visit, from Alaska, to Put in Bay was this past weekend, with a must stop at Mossbacks for Perch and Pirogi's. There were five of us and all placed orders at the same time. Drinks took quite awhile to come but we were visiting and not watching the clock so all was good. Then everyone's meals came out except mine, the waitress admitted to accidently erasing my order but she did place it and it would be out shortly. By the time I got my food my dinner companions had finished. I wasn't able to thoroughly enjoy my meal as by that time we were ready to move on to our next venture and I had to eat it in a hurry. Food was excellent!!! When the waitress brought me my food she comped me 10% of the food portion and gave me a coupon for 10% off. Ten percent was $1.70!!! If I ever make it back to Put in Bay I will more than likely got back to this restaurant, but everyone with me was shocked about the...

Went here for lunch. Our server was McLovin. That's the one with no personality. Anyways food took a loooong time to get to our table.

In the meantime we ordered a fishbowl. Tasted like watered down Gatorade. Manager assured us there was alcohol in it and it comes from a tap. Hard to believe but whatever. She said so. So we aren't gonna argue. Just would not order it again. Ever.

I had the most awkward and uncomfortable experience at Mossbacks today. Came in and we were seated quickly as I think we were the only couple there other than one other. The waiter , Zane I believe, made the experience uncomfortable. Pretty much refused to talk to me but had no problem taking to my fiance the whole time. Tried picking up my food to take away as I was physically eating it at that moment and had to tell him I wasn't finished.
