Moonlight Lace — Attraction in Reno

Okay y’all, I had the BEST time ever with Hannah at Moonlight Lace. This was my first bridal gown appointment and I literally won’t make another one anywhere else because this one was so perfect. Hannah was so friendly when we arrived, walked us to their GORGEOUS sitting area and explained how the appointment would go. She walked me through the dresses and made it obvious that she read the questionnaire I filled out and looked through the inspiration I sent. She pulled a really beautiful variety of dresses that let me see different styles on and try new things, while also staying within my price range and preferences. Hannah was the ULTIMATE hype man. I was nervous that I’d feel self conscious or unsure and she was seriously the BEST HANG. We had such a fun, easy-going, and really productive time. I never felt like she was just getting me in and out of dresses ASAP, and she also accessorized a look that I absolutely fell in love with. I am hoping for a unique, less traditional wedding that still feels classic and this was the perfect boutique to go. Ugh, I can’t say enough good things. Oh wait, yes I can: the playlist was on point and set a really chill, oldies vibe that I dream of at my wedding. RUN TO MOONLIGHT...

A dream of an experience finding my wedding dress! Natalie + Emily are so, so good at what they do. A warning they are so warm hearted, friendly, and genuine that you won't want to leave their adorable store - It has happened to me..3 times. In all seriousness, I feel so lucky that this little boutique has opened to give Reno a fresh look at modern wedding dresses (and other really cute things too!). As most new future brides feel, I felt a bit overwhelmed with all of the dresses that are out in the world. Both Natalie and Emily assured me that when I was in THE dress I would know, and they never pressured or pushed anything on me. It really did feel like a dream sipping champagne, trying on beautiful gowns with these ladies, and getting all mushy gushy when I really did find THE dress.

Aside from my personal experience, I can tell entirely that they really are passionate about the designers that are carefully selected and displayed so beautifully as well as the experience they provide each person. I couldn't imagine having such a special time be with any other boutique....

I visited Moonlight Lace to try on wedding dresses. The shop is following all of the Covid safety protocols and it was still an INCREDIBLE experience. The owner happened to be our attendant for trying on gowns and she was patient, kind, enthusiastic, intuitive, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt that she deeply cared that I love the dress I choose, and I never once felt pressure to make a hasty decision (as I felt at other bridal shops). She also was happy to have me try on as many gowns as I desired, which again, was not the case at other shops. The selection at Moonlight Lace was fantastic, and I actually found THREE gowns that I deeply love! I am still trying to decide which to choose.
