UPDATE: My favorite aesthetician, the Brazilian Queen, Angela is no longer working here. When I inquired where she went, the staff was vague and could not answer any questions - probably due to non-compete. I went ahead and canceled my membership (after being her client for 7 or 8 years - since before Radiant when this place was LunchBox, I knew I wasn't going to find the caliber of service that she provided) which canceling was quite easy for me to do and I appreciate Radiant for the ease of cancellation.

If you have also been missing Angie Reynolds. I believe this Brazilian Queen is working for herself and, like the classy business woman that she is, she didn't try to take her clientele with her. But I'm going to find her anyway because she is truly the best in this business.

Best of luck to all you staying at Radiant. I really liked the membership prices here. I thought they were great.

I saw Angela. She was lovely and charismatic. Her work was quick and professional which is important in the waxing biz!! The whole space felt very clean and sterile especially with this covid nonsense. I felt safe.

Two years later and I’m still seeing Angie. Best ever! And the membership makes the price more affordable!

UPDATE: I think I’ve been seeing Angie for 4 or 5 years now. She continues to be quick and efficient. She’s always friendly and keeping me updated on the best deals or approach to waxing.

I’ve been to other Lunchbox locations, but this was my first time here since I just moved to the area. I got a Brazilian and was waxed by Maddie. There are some reviews here that mention how rushed Maddie is. I can wholeheartedly agree - as soon as I walked in, she rushed me into a room and told me to get ready. During the wax, it felt like she was rushing the entire time - wax even dripped on my leg, she was knocking stuff off the table because she was working in such a hurry, and she did not care to make me feel comfortable. I tried to make friendly conversation but Maddie did not entertain that at all. The whole time she was ripping so quickly and it was the most painful wax I’ve ever had - and I’ve been consistently waxing for a while now! I kept thinking to myself, “why are you trying to get me out of here so fast?”

When she was done with wax, she didn’t bother moisturizing or giving me any after-care instructions - she just told me she’ll meet me outside. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. As soon as I got outside, she immediately asked if she could charge my card on file and that was it. No thank you for coming in, no additional questions or comments.

I never leave any negative reviews and maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless, I have never felt so rushed and uncomfortable at a Lunchbox wax. I’m not sure if I’ll ever return to this location given this unpleasant and...

This location is great! The rooms and restrooms are always clean, the staff is very welcoming, and since I’ve been coming here for the past 2+ years I’ve yet to have any kind of a negative experience (in person or over the phone). B is my girl and I LOVE coming to see her, we have a blast and are cracking up at every appointment. I’m so grateful to have found someone that I’m completely comfortable around and that I trust, especially when I find myself in very vulnerable “positions” LOL! She’s professional, incredibly sweet, a great conversationalist and quite honestly amazes me that she’s not only very fast and efficient (she knocks out underarms, Brazilian and full legs in just about an hour) but that she is so thorough and leaves me feeling silky smooth!
