I haven't been here in years, but I brought my Grandson to see the Christmas lights and go eat at McDonald's, and see a movie, and I absolutely hated the drive to get there, and it took 45 minutes to find a parking spot, ( Ay Dios) but when we did me and my we were happy 😊 we crossed the street to eat at McDonald's, and took pictures by the Christmas tree, got candy at the candy shop, and went back and saw a movie, but the price to park was stupid, $ 20 dollars, We are not Tourist we are actually born and raised from San Antonio, that is why I hate going downtown, they overcharge us just because we want to enjoy the fun and beautiful parts, but in all honesty we can't really afford it, Shops downstairs and restaurants should be ashamed of themselves! And if we try to avoid all the stupid traffic and take a Uber, or bus, it would be stupid, because now you are paying even more to stay stuck in the same unbelievable traffic ( only now ) you pay way more, but didn't avoid a thing, So basically, you paid extra to still be stuck in traffic! So disgusting 🫣 I we are from here, that should Not...
Read moreThe mall is beautiful but I have a major problem with how "clean" it is. The restrooms for both female and male were a disgusting mess as in the counters and mirrors aren't being cleaned as in there's USED TOILET PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR hardly any soap in the dispenser too, the feminine stuff disposal box were out right gross as if no one changed them in hours, there's a lot of gum on the floor in older section of the mall, the workers don't really clean the tables right, there was a chemical left out on top of the trash bins which is dangerous because any kid would have gotten their hands on it, they leave the elephant out in the open full of trash for a good hour instead of throwing it out immediately which tends to put some people off from eating, trash is piled up in certain trash bins.
I don't like the way how the mall looks dirty. The mall is overall great, don't get me wrong. It's just not...
