I can’t believe I forgot to leave a review sooner. I guess I thought I already had. Belated is better than never though! I visited 18Loves this May by chance. I wasn’t even supposed to be in Savannah, but it was serendipitous. It was the happiest last minute schedule change that made me a fan of Amelia’s art. I had a really hard time deciding on which pieces to take home, so I took a variety. The organ collection is my favorite, and plan on buying more either online or during my next visit.
In addition to perusing Amelia’s beautiful store on the river, she was wonderful conversation, played great music, and offered excellent recommendations for dining locally. Oh! And I almost forgot the most fun part. She hammed it up for a video I took. In the video, she elaborated on the meanings behind all the art I purchased. She is such a ray of sunshine both in real life and through her artwork.
Initially, I wanted to cluster all the art together on one wall in my home. Instead, I spread it throughout so there is a little bit of happiness shining everywhere.
Cant wait to visit Savanna again. Until then, I visit on...
Read moreAmelia is a precious human soul who will leave you with a smile on your face and in your heart. I happened upon her beautiful shop on the Savannah riverfront several years ago, she had just opened, and the colorful art just jumped out and lured me in to explore. Her smile is instantly infectious, her positivity oozes out in her artwork and in her very being. She is just a marvel! She is always my favorite stop every time I visit Savannah, I truly adore this beautiful young woman. I rarely buy anything anymore, as I’m old and trying to eliminate most “things” in my life, but I always find a little reminder in her shop that good people still exist in our crazy world, and this gal is making a difference everyday. I’ll be back in May 2024 and look forward to visiting her shop and seeing what new art has flowed out of her sweet heart...
Read moreI met Amelia with my best friend and Mom years ago on a visit to Savannah when she had a booth set up near the river. We all laughed and cried together experiencing her art, talking about her art, why she does what she does, and the beautiful soul that Amelia is! It was unforgettable. Fast forward to present time and we all have gotten our friends and family so many gifts of 18Loves art for all occasions! We collect her art ourselves! We keep spreading the word of her positive light-filled art. Every time I’m in Savannah I visit 18Loves! We have kept in touch over the years and I’ve even got to see her when she’s come to Miami where I live. It’s been a beautiful synchronistic journey sharing love and light! I’m so happy to see her incredible growth in her business the past few years and she keeps shining! Thank you Amelia...
