On a recent trip to Savannah, GA, My wife and I happened upon Jorge Lastra's gallery/kiosk in the Plant Riverside District. I was immediately taken by the uniqueness and craftmanship of his driftwood based sailboats. The amazing colors of the tinwork used for the sails added a touch of beauty. I am not a sailor but knew i had to have a piece of this art in my home.
