My girlfriend heard that there’s a super talented nail technician at Aria Nail Bar—someone who is known to be the best when it comes to nail designs—and that it’s really hard to book an appointment with him. So it actually took us two weeks just to get a spot with him!

When we first arrived at Aria, I was honestly surprised. The salon was stunning—far more beautiful and luxurious than I expected. I had never seen a nail salon decorated so stylishly before.

Right as we walked in, we were greeted by a young and beautiful manager named Amy. She welcomed us with a big smile and kindly led us to our seats while we waited for our technician, Tin—the guy everyone talks about. He’s quite famous at this salon.

Tin was not only young and talented, but also incredibly skilled with his designs. After the service, we were not disappointed at all—everything we had heard about him was true. My girlfriend said he was very detailed and meticulous with her nails. While I waited, Amy kept me company, checking in and even offering me a drink. That kind of thoughtful, professional service really stood out to me.🥰

We’ve been to many nail salons before, but this was the first time we’ve had such a special and truly professional experience like the one at Aria Nail Bar.

Tech accidentally cut a chunk of flesh off the side of my foot.

For such a beautifully decorated spa, I was excited to try their services as they were recommended during a vacation trip to the area.

However, travelers, please be highly cautious of this place or similar places where all patrons are not treated with equal care or humanity. I've gone to some of the best and worst service providers. Yet I have never, and I mean never been openly injured by staff. Not only was I injured, by staff, but staff did not seem concerned that they cut a chunk of flesh from the side of my foot. It was only when I started bleeding, that the technician shoved me down as of she were offended that I had the nerve to bleed. Annoyed, She pushed my foot back into the tub of dirty water. I was not offered towel, napkin, antiseptic or a bandaid and the supervisor also didn't offer an apology. On that note, I gathered my things and left.

Mistakes happen. People have bad days. But managemt made the conscious decision to evade professionalism and or courtesy to react if a staff member harms a patron.

I got my nails done yesterday there for the last time. I’ve gone here every 2 weeks since last year, have brought them tons of business from friends, and always tip at least 30%. Unfortunately, I have never been offered a drink from the pretty drink wall, have never received a hand massage, techs are inconsistent in their experience, question my choices, and I always feel blamed for their mistakes like my “fingers crooked”.

I asked for acrylic nails with gel on top since I switch out the color so frequently. They asked me probably 12 times if I wanted to do that and told me it would look bad and when I said I wanted it anyway, she said “maybe I’m just a perfectionist and you’re not”. Then I asked him to match my finger nail shape to the other hand and he said “I don’t even know how, this isn’t a shape”. I even showed him a picture. When I suggested my hands looked different he shrugged and started laughing and said “your nail beds are different I can’t make them look the same.” It was my thumbs - take a look at the picture.
