We were in town visiting and my daughter asked if we could go here. We were there a whole 10 minutes and she flung herself into a foam.pit and landed in a sitting position and crashed into the hard floor underneath and ended up fracturing a vertabrae. She called for help several times before the attendant, who stood 5 feet away, finally casually walked over and asked if she was ok. She said she was not and she had hurt her back and could not move initially. 2 more staff were called over. No sense of urgency whatsoever from the staff. They had her climb out of the pit herself, which could have caused paralysis if the fracture had been worse. The waiver specifically says that the parent or guardian gives full permission for staff to obtain medical personnel. All they did was ask if I wanted an abulance. I am not a medical professional, nor do I work for that facility. A back injury should have been cause to determine that an ambulance was needed...by THEM. I feel the staff are not properly trained to deal with emergency situations. Nor do they care. The waiver you have to sign is so all inclusive that your child could die here and they would be like..oh so sorry for your loss. And then go about business as usual. When the manager was contacted the following day, she insisted that the facility was up to code and that under the foam pit was a trampoline AND an air bag. If that were the case, then my daughter would not have ended up with a fractured vertabrae. She would never have thrown herself into the foam pit if she had thought for one minute that she would be hurt by doing that. They never even offered my money back. Not even a "we are so sorry this happened". The one staff member filled out an accident report. Never asked for mine or my daughter's names. Just a record that it happened. Never again will I ever allow my daughter to go to one of these places....

First of all, during the party the staff started to come and clean 10/15 minutes before the end of the party, as if to invite people to leave. Despite everything, my daughter was happy and I was fine with it anyway... but then the staff showed a very rude gesture when they brought me the bill. I'll start by saying that I wasn't sure about the number of guests. 2 months ago I booked the 10 jumper package, I was made to understand that you could switch from one package to another without too many problems if there were more children. We had 19 jumpers, when I sent the email I specified 20 because I wanted to switch to the next package. It didn't seem like a big deal to me... During the party, with all the guests still eating, they brought me the bill... And that already seems rude to me… instead of the 20 pack they calculated the 10 pack + 9 jumpers paid individually and this brought an extra cost of $50. When I went to the front desk the receptionist repeated the calculations to me, I replied that I understood the calculations but I did not agree with the concept… not only did she not show the slightest interest in listening to me but she also charged me another $15 for an additional pizza since I had 19 guests and not 20…. When I said that I was not happy, that I come often and that with this move they would never see me again she simply shrugged her shoulders and repeated the total amount to be paid. Evidently this staff does not understand the importance of taking care of customers in business, the owners and managers should perhaps follow...
Read moreHonestly I am not putting a one star because it was my four year old nephew's birthday so the place gets an extra star just for that. However this place has the worst customer service I have never had this type of experience. We were all shocked. We couldn't be surprised because there wasn't any adult supervision the place was run by children. They were trying to kick everyone out extremely early. They were rude and ignorant. One of the boys even said "We should start kicking every one out now or we won't get out of here until Christmas." Are you kidding me? Right in front of a customer? Normally if I have a bad experience somewhere I won't even leave a review. I do not consider this a review, rather a warning. They tried charging us for THREE invisible, non existent children. Then argued when we brought this to their attention. SMH. Although I know this review will be ignored rather then taken seriously and making an effort to make sure other customers do not experience this in the future. Employees are a reflection of their manager. So this complaint isn't against the fun children can have at this place, it is against the manager, who should be ashamed and perhaps the owner needs some reflection. I am writing in hopes that others will heed my warning. If not I sincerely hope you have a better experience than what my family experienced. Reading I wonder if others will think I am being dramatic but the sad part is...I wish I was. I wish I was one of those customers that are never happy. But, no. It's...
