Kajiken Arundel — Restaurant in Severn

I do not hand out five stars lightly, or often, but this place absolutely deserves it. It is the most similar to Japanese food that I have found since I have been back to America, and I have tried many places in many states. We had tonkotsu shoyu ramen, karaage curry don, and teriyaki tori along with appetizers (and of course ramune). The only improvement we agreed upon was that we wanted more. After a couple of outstanding meals, I have to say this is my new favorite dinner place in Hanover! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is wonderful, and I like the ambiance too, especially considering how reasonable...

Happy it just opened nearby. In love with abura soba after getting it in another location of Kajiken. Gotta go get more before it gets...
