I work at the BWI rental facility right down the street from this location. Since I’ve been here for the last year, I have regularly come to potbelly for lunch. I usually order through DoorDash and pick up my food quickly. Which doesn’t give me much time to interact with the staff there. Every day my food is ready for me as soon as I arrive, also bagged and sealed for pickup.
Today I had set up an order through DoorDash but I made an error and placed it at the wrong location. I asked the staff if they had my order and they quickly recognized me and said they never received my order.
That is when I realized I messed up and sent my order 30 minutes away from me. Without skipping a beat, the manager said that she could have my meal made for me there. I hopped in line and ordered. When I got to the register to pay, they told me it was on the house since I’m a regular. I insisted on paying them but they told me to let them take care of me. So I did.
I’m not just writing this because I got a “free meal” today. I’m writing this review because the staff here consistently serve me to the best of their ability, even when they are getting slammed by the lunch rush. And even when I made a mistake that had nothing to do with them, they still took care of me. At that point, they showed me that I was truly valued and made me feel special. Truly outstanding service all around!

Read moreCame in about 10min to closing and the employee was rolling her eyes and just stared at me blankly with a attitude waiting for my order instead of asking me what I would like to order. I ordered a Italian and a turkey sub and 2 Italians were made. When I addressed the issue she just ignored me. The person who rang me out ended up resolving the issue for me and was respectful. (She may have been the manager). I work retail so I understand, but the blatant rudeness is disappointing. You weren’t closed and I still had time to order my meal and get out of there before closing. I understand it’s close to closing and everyone wants to go home but you’re still open and I’m a paying customer. Just do your job. Plus another customer walked in right at 59 last minute. While she was really upset at me coming in for a sub 10min before closing then I know that woman who walked in 1 minute before closing really humbled her. Do better with customer service. Read moreThis was my first ever visit to this establishment. My lady and I went for lunch. She had the Wreck on whole wheat. It was pretty good. I had the Pizza sandwich on white. It had capicolla on it with sauce and ground beef. It was good but the capicolla didn't belong. Gave the sandwich an odd flavor. We had one milk shake which was good but too small for the price. Each had a bag of chips. And my lady had a cup of water. The total was over $20. This place is definitely over priced! Not nearly worth the cost. Especially when you look around at the filthy disgusting condition that the place is in. You can definitely tell that it has not been deep cleaned in a REALLY LONG TIME!! You also notice that the employees do not bother to move any tables or fixtures and actually sweep under them. Totally disgusting!!!
