Walked in to the beautiful space and was pleasantly and warmly greeted by Eden and Raven. Contactless check-in (I signed up through Mindbody) and put all my belongings into a great cubby boxes. When I walked into the beautiful clean yoga room, there was markers on the floor where I should set up my mat. It was hot, but not too hot! Raven was very conscious and purposeful with her class. She gave very clear and concise guidance throughout including introducing herself to me and asking if I had any injuries before the class. Great space and great experience! One of my favorite things about Mangala Yoga in Telluride as walking in and feeling like you’re home even if you don’t know the person sitting at the desk. Everyone is so incredibly kind, polite, professional and gracious. You feel like you’ve known them for years and they are welcoming you back! I definitely ebb and flow in my consistency with practicing but never feel guilty or bad coming back here. It’s quite literally the warmest and most welcoming yoga studio in town. You can choose from a super hard class, in the heat at altitude! Or a more soothing, calming and restorative class, they have everything in between! I think they do a great job serving our local community as well as being open and attainable to visitors. Great class schedules, incredible teachers with a beautiful boutique if you need anything...

It was so nice to find a higher-end, quality yoga studio like this in such a small town like Telluride. Everyone is so friendly here and the space just great to practice in. Whenever I'm in Telluride, I practice here 2-3 times per week. They have many yoga classes to choose from so it's always easy to find one that fits my schedule. The teachers really know what they are doing. Their flows are challenging, intelligent and creative. And...the infrared heat panels are amazing! Who knew you could sweat it out at 8750...
