Vivian Spa & Nails — Attraction in Temecula

What a disappointment! The lowest star I can give is #1. Not sure it even deserves a #1.... This woman did a terrible job! Look at the nail color closely. Such uneven coverage. I could have done better myself! I paid $54.00 for this! When I came in the door she tried to push gel manicure and pedicure., I told her I want regular polish. She then rushed through and left the nails in a sub par condition. She had a rude and angry attitude. She did massage oil into the lower legs and 3 inches into the bottom of my jeans. I mentioned this to her that the oil was getting into my Jean's and she said it was just water, now my pants have permanent oil stains! You better think twice before going to this nail salon. Vivian's Nail Spa - A Nightmare Experience

I recently visited Vivian's Nail Spa and had the worst experience ever. Vivian, the owner, did my nails and completely ignored my preferences. She insisted her way was better, and when I politely asked for the design I wanted, she flat-out refused, saying, "customers love my way." This was incredibly frustrating, but it got worse.

Vivian was aggressive throughout the session, hurting me multiple times. I felt uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. To add insult to injury, she overcharged me for nails that broke the same day. These were not the nails I wanted, and the quality was terrible.

When it came time to pay, Vivian asked if I was going to tip before I even grabbed my wallet, repeating the question three times. It was clear she was only interested in money, not customer satisfaction. Her cocky and disinterested attitude was appalling.

I will not be returning to Vivian's Nail Spa. Save your money and go somewhere where they'll actually listen to you and respect your preferences. Avoid this place...

Not a great experience here. The two stars are because the lady that was there and the nail tech were friendly, however, the execution of my service was abysmal. I asked for a dip powder manicure, and the lady only gave me two options for a color… “Milky white”, or “light pink”. I thought that was odd, but I realized very quickly why she only gave me those options.

Instead of doing an actual dip powder manicure, the nail tech did some sort of acrylic on my nail and tried to pass it off as dip powder. He also didn’t file my nails, and two days later my nails don’t even look like I just got them done but rather that I need a touchup.

When she told me the price, she says she’ll charge me $55 like it was a favor when not only did I not receive the correct service, there was no care into the work put in. I suspect they did a rush job due to a family appointment that turned up right as he was finishing my nails. I paid the $50 and left a $10 tip, but I will not be returning...
