Really bad customer service. I made an order online for my mom but it was going to arrive the next day after her flight. I went to the store to buy the same items I asked one of the employee if it was the same sale as online and asked me to show her the sale. I showed it to her and she said that it most likely be the same sale if not they would honor it. When I go up to the register first the cashier had an attitude, I ask her if it was the same sale she said no and on the website it says online exclusive only. Funny thing I had the website on my phone and nowhere in there said only exclusive. I went back to the girl I ask first and she told me that it was weird they wouldn’t honor it because they mostly do and she called a manager for me. The manager said no that it was only online exclusive and that they can’t do anything about it. Again I showed her and told her nowhere in the website said that. Before I could even finish my question, she told me to back off. I wasn’t standing very close, but I stepped back further just in case. She then said she was not in a good mood and didn’t want to help me, repeating this several times. Her tone felt very angry and dismissive, as if I had done something wrong just by asking a question. Eventually, she told me to go to other staff members for help and said she would let them know I was coming. While I did receive assistance afterward, the initial interaction left me really uncomfortable and disappointed. I explained to her that I lost weight and no longer fit into them. I had the tags on them and they were never worn. She then said what's your new size. I told her my new size and then she said oh you don't look like that size and insisted on measuring me. I refused as I had been recently fitted by a high end department store. She then had the audacity to say that my breasts were coming out sideways in my current bra so the size is not right. I then said oh that's because I am wearing a casual bralette. I was furious.
