I have never been treated so rude and unprofessionally as I was at the Tukwila store today. I called first since I had a bit of a drive. Asked them what information I needed to bring with me to get a part replaced. They told me if I had the make and model or I could just bring in the upper tray of the dishwasher they could find the wheels I needed for it. So I drove almost an hour to get there, walked in with the tray in my hands. First the two gentlemen argued over who was going to help me. That made me feel real welcomed !! Then the guy I had wait on me, was so cold and rude with me, I only lasted a minute in the store and had to leave. He asked me for the model # which I told him I did not have because they told me on the phone I could bring in the tray. He said ?well they told you wrong and I can't help you if you do not have that. I stated I just drove about an hour after calling first and he states he can not help me. He then told me to calm down in a very rude way!!! I left the store and will not give a dime to this place ever again! There are too many places you can go, including the internet where at least you do not get treated like this place did with me! First guy I explained the part I needed in detail to and getting confirmation he understood that part and exactly what it looked like (a Bosch dishwasher plastic insert where the handle goes) I was sent the wrong part (the top control panel). The guy I got on the phone to return it had a bad attitude and didn't want to be bothered helping, but I ordered the correct replacement part anyway but he never sent me the RMA information for the first order so I had to call back a few days later and got that from yet another person. Then after another week goes by I call about the part and they send me a tracking # that says it was already delivered with a UPS driver note that said "Met customer boy". There is no boy here and nobody met me here to deliver it. And they then said I could order another replacement from their web site and put in a lost order report to UPS. Read moreI’ve been a business owner for 1.5 years and I made the choice to use reliable part for multiple reasons. My dad did business with them and I even worked at reliable parts when they had a shoreline and Bellevue branch. This past 1.5 years I’ve had multiple parts looked up wrong by reliable parts and they refuse to take responsibility, and I’ve had to eat close to $1,000 in their mistakes. I’ve had parts sit on hold for 2 days because I paid with a different card and no one called to tell me they needed my security code so they could charge me shipping, and I had to refund customers back money. Reliable parts used to be owned be a great company up in Canada and now some company in Texas bought them out years ago and their service has never been the same. Very frustrated doing business with them… they’re supposed to make appliance technicians life easier, not cost us thousands of dollars...
