I have a major brain injury suffered over 25 years ago, leaving me with the third tube to extending off the upper back right rear of my brain, down to my neck, wrapping around and ending in my belly cavity. I'm broaching 56, but not a wrinkle from my head to my toe, I am however severely disabled, and grateful to a Higher Authority, each day that I wake! Nonetheless, I was visiting the CINNABON eatery location at Southcenter Square. This was after feeling very light-headed in conjunction with my brain injury and waiting on the ACCESS Shuttle Service for the Disabled to take me home. I decided to walk over to CINNABON and get a cinnamon roll. The young Caucasian woman, who offered me her assistance, was very kind. I walked back over to where I was sitting in front of JCPenney, opened the cinnabon box and noticed that I did not have a topping on my cinnabon. So I immediately closed the box and proceeded to make my way back over to the Cinnabon station. The same young lady who originally gave me my cinnabon, was gracious and offering to replace the one that I had already purchased. During our 2nd transaction together, a young, caucasian, unkind, simply rude Manager, approached me at the counter and stated 'she was not going to replace my cinnamon. She was very defiant, rude, an extended no type of customer service! I immediately felt disrespected, light-headed and irritable, because of her simply rude manner! I looked her in her eyes and was very clear as to why I wanted a new cinnamon roll. She snatched the box from in front of me and said 'she was not going to give me a replacement, but offered me a refund, in a very negative manner. To make a very long story short, her interchange with me was offensive, disrespectful, racially motivated, ugly and rude. If I may add, the paramedics had to be called, because during the incredibly rude transaction, I felt light-headed and weak. The paramedics were very kindly and ended up walking me back over to JCPenney, with no cinnabon in my hand! That manager, who could be picked out of a crowd of a thousand, needs to be terminated! In conjunction with my major disability, my maturity, my age, my authenticity and my definition of customer service, the entire experience, with the CINNABON, was horrific!๐ก Thank...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is the only convenient location of an 'Old Spaghetti Factory' in the South King County area. This particular one has been hit or miss for us over the years, especially when it gets really busy and it's over an hour wait because they tell you 45 minutes but then it just gets longer and longer. The prices could be a bit better or increase portion sizes a bit more, but yeah I know "inflation" or whatever. The food has been consistently good there. Servers/staff are hard to come by so do not expect a high level of decorum. They are mostly good enough but definitely not as professional as they should be in such an eating establishment (this comes from my own restaurant and waitressing exp.).
SOUTHCENTER SQUARE is the next best thing to the actual mall & it's perimeter establishments. Here, there are multiple great food spots, lil shops and big stores plus services so definitely give it a go...
ย ย ย Read moreIt has really upgraded in this entire area in terms of the quality of the stores and the shopping atmosphere. The thing that makes me worry about going there and really puts me off is all of the crime that has been occurring in this entire area. It's not just a one-off for a limited saying it seems to be very consistent that the area is always reporting shooting and gang related activities and drug-related activities. City of Tukwilla and the business owners should unite with security and clean...
