Sleep Outfitters of Reynoldsburg — Attraction in Violet Township

Please read my earlier view also. We purchased a new mattress three day ago. It was delivered today. First, someone called me to explain our mattress was in stock and what day it would be delivered. We would receive a text to inform us of a two hour window in which it would be delivered. John and Andre called on that day to inform us that they were running early and asked if that was ok. They called again when they were finished with their last delivery and provided the time they would arrive. They removed the box springs and mattress. Then John offered to run the vacuum and dust bed frame and base board. They set up the mattress and actually even placed the skirt on the bed. My fiancee and I were looking for a new mattress, so we decided to stop at several places to see what they had to offer. Our first stop was Sleep Outfitters in Reynoldsburg. As soon as we entered the store we were extended a warm welcome by Kyle. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and then continued to show us, and let us try, several selections that might fit our needs. I would also like to add that at no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase and the Covid-19 procedures he followed made us feel very comfortable. Kyle, was very knowledgeable. After talking with him and trying various selections, my fiancee and I knew we did not need to stop at any other stores. My daughter and I checked out Sleep Outfitters in our search for a new bed for her. Richard was our sales associate. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were quite impressed because first we sat down and discussed her health in order to determine what would be the best bed. He was quite thorough answering our questions. He was attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We went with a queen adjustable bed with several wonderful features. The bed was delivered today by the team of Spencer and Andre.
