Terrible store manager named Brenna at this location. Purchased shoes at a different location (Farmington) for 20% off — wanted to return them the following day and get a different pair at this store. I didn’t have the receipt on me so I just asked for a store credit which the policy states no receipt returns you’re given the current selling price that day. The cashier states that that was anoutdated store policy and that he could only give us the very lowest price EVER. I give my email to the cashier and he is able to pull up my receipt that shows my 20% off from the day prior. When the cashier scanned the new shoes - I asked about the 20% discount. He said he’d have to ask a manager but they should be able to do it. The manager came up and refused to honor the 20% off on the new shoes. Which is bizarre to me. She said everything was at her own managers discretion — okay brenna, if it’s at your discretion why aren’t you doing the right thing and honoring the 20% off on my exchange?? I also told her that it wasn’t a great experience in this store because she was being so short and rude and that I was also frustrated that it was such a hassle to look up my receipt vs just doing a store credit. She told me that if I read the return policy that it’s at managers discretion which I read it again and it didn’t say that ANYWHERE. Anyway, we left without the shoes. After we immediately left Brenna’s store — I called all the other local Nike stores they all said that the pair of shoes I wanted to buy was 20% off So disappointed in Brenna. I’ve been a store manager (10 years) and there’s such a thing as do the right thing. Brenna did not do the...
Read moreI was really impressed with Nike and this store in general. Friendly staff, and good customer service. I used to buy all my shoes from Walmart but being a roofer I was hoping to get something a little more durable for my buck. I tried out the Nike shoes and immediately loved them. They lasted 3 months per pair!! (That's a lot for a roofer, usually I pray for 2 to 3 weeks.) Anyway their policy is bring it back within 30 days no matter what.. WELL THAT'S A LIE! I asked at least 5 sales associates and all the same thing said. "Bring it back within 30 days NO MATTER WHAT". I said what's the catch, and they said "As long as you have a receipt, no catch. Bring them back and you're good to go." Granted, my job is dirty and these shoes are going to be dirty if I have to take them back for any reason. Well this time around I did. I bought them on the 27th of June and today is actually August 14th (but they fell apart in about 3 days.) I kept putting it off to go back in as long as I made the 30 day margin, I figured I was fine. Well today I went in (Just a hair over 2 weeks later) and they told me the shoes were damaged under normal wear and tear and they wouldn't help me. Even though they're "normal wear and tear" in 2 weeks, they still wouldn't help me. I buy shoes once every 2 to 3 months (not counting the family) and at $50-$100 a pair with 0 complaints you think they would help. But NO!
So I'm swearing off the Nike brand. I even told the guy in the store that I would really appreciate a little bit of help this one time and still no. So I'm done with Nike and especially done with this store. To Adidas I go. I know they take care of...
Read moreI like the Nike factory store because I can order things online then return them there if I don't like them. I do like to go to this particular location to see what they have on their clearance rack because you can sometimes get a really good deal on some great shoes. The only reason I didn't put five stars on here is because I buy a lot of shoes I'm kind of a shoe person you might say I have about 30 pairs of shoes and I wear different shoes for different occasions. I recently purchased some walking shoes just for going walking which I don't do a ton of but sometimes just get a wild hair to go walk 5 mi just for fun and these shoes are not very comfortable unfortunately I've already had them over 60 days so I asked them if I could return them and they told me they could not do anything for me.. The shoes still look brand new and have really only been used about an hour of use so I can't understand why they wouldn't return them but they said they wouldn't so it kind of has left a jaded feeling with me about the shoes and apparently if I buy new shoes I need to try them quite a bit for a minute before I put them up in my closet and only use them every other month or so. It's definitely a learning experience for me to pay $100 for a pair of shoes and then now I don't know what to do with them So probably end up just donating them but it is what it is for the most part Nike makes a really good shoes in I'm very happy...
