Was excited to see a new Squatters location. Stopped in after seeing an online press release. Great location ( Former Friday's ) at Valley Fair. First impression restaurant was clean and fairly busy. Got seated quickly. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. That's when the wait began. Waited nearly 40 minutes before getting drinks. The craziest part was that the restaurant was well staffed. Pulled one of the hosts and asked if our appetizer was coming soon. Appetizer got there fast. Pretty sure we stole someone else's appetizer. Wanted to try the pork shank...but it was sold out already. Our table ordered the jambalaya, fish and chips, and prosciutto/arugula pizza also the kids Grilled cheese. Food was delicious. Portions are perfect. We definitely left full. Wish the service had been a little better. We were given a gift card which definitely made the 2 hour dinner experience better. Hopefully the slow service was just do to this being a fairly new location. Will be back again to try other menu items

Oh man, this joint is ON POINT. I haven't been to a Squatter's Pub since my college days, but my wife is looking to book a table for 12 for a future work event, and wanted to recon this new location to check out the food/service/vibe, and hey, no regrets here, everything about our experience today was simply terrific. I started with the gin-based Purple Hive Haze cocktail, so strong and sweet and delicious. The spinach dip appetizer was also dope, garlicky and cheesy and you just sort of churn through it, it's so good. But dude, that Squatter's Bourbon burger (shout out to our excellent server, Eric, thanks for the recommendation!) is the best burger I've had in over a year. The thick stack of fresh toppings served alongside will always hold a special place in my heart. The atmosphere was totally chill, a bunch of sports going on big screens so I could see if my hockey parley paid off, I don't really feel comfortable writing gushing reviews, but this place deserves it.

I'm so happy that a Squatters have moved in close to me. There's not many American/pub style food places in this area that aren't chains. I have been to this squatter now 4 times, 2 times for lunch and 2 times for dinner. All of the waiters and hostesses have been wonderful, two that I remember by name are Bradley and Lasalle. They were attentive and welcoming. I recommend their service. Great location, lots of parking, and clean comfortable restaurant. As far as the meals have gone, I've had their mixed drinks and beers and they all have been delicious same great quality as any squatters location. I especially like the Amber and the espresso martini. I've had the sliders, burger, and club sandwich. The sliders have been my favorite. Great flavor on the beef. I usually get a side salad for the side and they use quality mixed greens. I hope Squatters does well in the area because as stated before it's great, food, great drink and in a unrepresented market.

I had heard a lot of great things about this new location and I wish I could say the same but I can't. Our visit was pretty bad. Bad enough, I wouldn't give it a second thought to come back. No sweat off their back, but here is what went wrong.

I wasn't mad it took the waitress almost 20 minutes to come to the table to get our drink order. I wasn't even mad it took over 30 minutes for food. What I was upset about is the lack of not only urgency but also the care of our waitress. During the 30+ minutes waiting for food, not once did our waitress come back for a beverage refill. Once we got food, it was less than desirable. Meatloaf was hard as a rock for ½ inch all around and so dense it was gross. The reuben bread wasn't toasted at all. I confirmed with her that it should be toasted, but she did nothing about it. The rice bowl wasn't even warm. Wings - you have to try hard to mess those up, so they were fine. I was incredibly disappointed that with buffalo (or any wings) wings, there was zero forethought to give even a single extra napkin. Once we got food, it took another 15 minutes for her to come back to not ask how things were but to ask if she could take things away. By that time, drinks had been long gone, especially the person with buffalo wings. I said no and asked for more drinks; we weren't done eating, and that should have been obvious. She gave attitude, so I did, and the tension couldn't have been cut with a knife. Our table and the one behind us went quiet. We were never offered more of anything and zero dessert. We left and got chocolate covered strawberries at Zupas.

Service was so slow that the table behind us got their food and asked for their check at the same time.

I felt pretty bad leaving a lower tip than usual, but I tip on service, not the food itself. She missed out on very obvious things that could have made our visit far more desirable...

Made a reservation not knowing they had o Lu been open for a month at this location. Reservation was for 7:15. Cole was very nice when we came in and our fourth was late so he kept an eye on us. We started with drinks and the beer came out promptly. We ordered food about 745 and had great conversation. The food was taking a while and we began to wonder what was going on about 820 and Cole came over and started to apologize the kitchen had made a whole bunch of blunders and that our food was going to be a little while longer. No big deal we were enjoying each others company. He then proceeded to tell us that since it was taking forever the food was on them. I was extremely grateful to Cole for this and proceeded to order even more alcohol for the table. I got my bill at the end of the night and was surprised to find he also comped our desserts. They entire staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were there for 2.5 hours. Aston even came over and apologized as well. We had great conversation with Cole and Aston and they made this a visit I will not forget. I plan to go back for brunch and give this place another chance. Hopefully Cole and Aston will continue to take great care of their patrons...
