The good- Lazy Boys quality is second to none and the furniture is fantastic. The bad- I purchased several pieces of furniture 4/18/25 under the above mentioned ticket number. At time of purchase I was told the furniture would take 6 weeks to be delivered. After 11 weeks I called the store to speak to the manager, Scott Sailor (sp.). After discussing the issue with Scott, he didn't offer a solution. I let Scott know that I wasn't happy and that I would be calling the corporate office. Scott had a mini meltdown and told me that I should also notify corporate that he spent 6 minutes on the phone with me. Well, thanks Scott, I thought that was your job. Scott is in need of drastic conflict resolution training. Save yourself sometime and enjoy a much better experience- go to the Scranton store, its much more professional. Read moreHad an amazing experience! My partner and I originally looked at Ashley Furniture because that’s what many people recommended for cheaper furniture. When they said cheap, I thought affordable, not that you could actually feel how cheap their furniture was. Their cushions felt as if I was sitting on styrofoam. But thankfully, even though we knew Lazboy was a bit expensive, we decided to see if they had any good sales. And Oh my lord were we impressed! When we initially came into the store, we were greeted by Joshua who was an absolutely wonderful sales associate! Not only was he kind and extremely informative, he gave us every convincing factor we needed to purchase this couch! His professionalism also helped us feel like we were taken seriously. Which as a young couple trying to make larger purchases, doesn't happen often with sales associates. Regardless, even though we spent more than anticipated, I find that worth it for a fully American made product and a lifetime warranty. 10/10 will be...
Read moreWe had an absolutely terrible experience here. The sales people upcharged us on everything and weren't very transparent. Our furniture took over 6 months to come in. When it did, the chair had flaps hanging off the back and fabric not fully secure on the footrest. Within 2 weeks, our couch cushions started splitting at the seams- all 3 in the same place. We have had endless service calls canceled. Even when we were at the store, we emphasized needing a sturdy fabric because we have cats. This fabric is not that- it pulls so easily with their back claws (they don't have front claws). The cushions are understuffed and saggy. The finish comes off the end tables we purchased with regular gentle household cleaner. Their store ignores our calls, or never calls us back or follows up. I have furniture from Ashley, Raymour & Flanigan, Kurlancheek, Pottery Barn, and even Bob's! I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the...
