Mattress Warehouse of Wilkes Barre — Attraction in Wilkes-Barre

Our first day going out pricing a new mattress and box spring. Our second store in. Jay welcomed us, told us to look around and asked if we had any particular mattress in mind. He asked a couple of questions then took us to a few different selections. We tried a few different king size ones to see how they felt and found one that we both liked. The mattress and box spring are being delivered tomorrow. Jay was very professional, polite and welcoming the entire time we were there. Also very knowledgeable on all the mattresses. If you need a new mattress, make sure Mattress Warehouse is one of your stops! As a matter of fact, make it your first stop! You definitely won't be disappointed!! The 2 young men that arrived at our door were very professional, polite and friendly. They worked quickly checking where the bedroom was as they scanned for any items (framed photos, clocks, nightlights, curtains, etc) that might be in the way and accidentally get knocked down, carefully removing and placing items out of the way. Before we knew it, they had the old bed set out and the new one set up. Even asking me if I had a bed skirt that was going on before they put the mattress in place! Dont waste your time here. They bait and switch everything here. The mattress on display isn't even close to what you will get when it finally shows up! And when you ask about why its different, you're told you need to break it in and have to have it for 30 days before they can even talk to you about returning it!! Like its not even close to the same mattress!! Why do I have to suffer for 30 days of being uncomfortable and lose sleep just bc they sold me something else from what was in the showroom? I've worked at a mattress manufacturer in this area. Im not gonna say who but I can tell you for a fact that smaller places like this Mattress Warehouse will sell you something that looks like one thing but is built cheaper and with different materials to cut costs and screw over good people.

After trying and trying to resolve this peacefully and politely, im unfortunately forced to take legal actions from here on out. Salesman was nice, found a bed I thought I loved. I need something VERY firm for my back and had my sister with me helping me. The mattress I picked seem to be exactly what I was looking for. After continuous delays in delivery when it arrived it didn't seem like what I had ordered. I expressed my concern that it seemed too plush and I was advised to wait 3 hours. I waited 4 and called to the store and expressed my concerns as well. I was advised to wait more time for it to finish rising. I will be going back to the store to test out the mattress again to compare as requested, but there's no way this is the same. I talked with my sister to double check in case, and from her account it was like a rock (as she hates firm so she remembers the ones I was considering) this mattress is so plush and uncomfortable, there's nothing firm about it.
