This small coffee shop is a hidden gem, though its popularity means you should be prepared for a bit of a wait in the morning. The coffee is of exceptional quality, offering unique flavors that set it apart from more generic establishments. The Truth Serum #5, in particular, stands out with its bold, tangy fruit notes, exactly as described on the label—a delightful choice for those who appreciate a more adventurous brew. The service here is exceptional, with a staff that is both attentive and knowledgeable about their craft. Even during peak hours, they manage to keep things running smoothly, ensuring that your coffee is worth the wait. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer, savoring every sip. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their coffee.

Visited Williams today due to heavy rains limiting visibility at the Grand Canyon. Nice town. Wanted to try a local coffee shop. Admittedly I only ordered regular coffee medium roast and cream. So not much to judge on. It was decent. Nothing unique about it. But 4 stars because I needed a pick me up on a cold and rainy day. Not 5 because I can’t say it’s a must stop, again in context of the fact that I ordered a fairly ordinary drink. Friendly service and quick drive through checkout. If I get a next time, I’ll try to be more adventurous. Place is easy to find as it’s on the town’s main strip of shops and diners and Route 66 memorabilia museums.

Update: the manager reached out and made up for it all. She’s amazing!

Really use to enjoy this coffee shop as it’s locally owned and not the Starbucks down the road. However, over the last few months 9 times out of 10 I have to send my coffee back to have it remade because it’s not made properly and taste like crap or I have to send it back because they didn’t mix it up and all the flavor is just chilling at the bottom of the cup. Unfortunately, this morning I was in quite the hurry and didn’t have time to turn around and go back and ask them to remake it. So I just wasted eight dollars on an undrinkable coffee. If it had only happened once or twice, I wouldn’t be so inclined to leave this review. But this is almost every time that it happens. I know I know, just don’t go there anymore. I probably won’t. Leaving this review for management and anyone else that cares to see the lack in their service. Hopefully they step up their game. Otherwise, the service is OK and the food is pretty good when they...

ā€œLatte? More like La-TAKE-A-GUESS.ā€

Came in craving a latte, left questioning my entire understanding of coffee… and customer service… and reality. I ordered a latte—you know, that magical union of espresso and steamed milk topped with a gentle cloud of foam—but instead got what looked like someone poured milk into a cup of despair and whispered ā€œlatteā€ over it like a sad incantation.

When I politely mentioned it looked more like a sad, foamy-less drip coffee cosplay, the barista gave me a look that could curdle oat milk and confidently declared, ā€œThat’s how we do lattes here.ā€ Oh. My mistake. I didn’t realize I had stepped into an alternate dimension where definitions are made up and textures don’t matter.

No foam. No finesse. Just vibes.

If you enjoy being gaslit by someone in a beanie while sipping hot disappointment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, you’re better off getting your coffee from a gas station—it’ll come with more accuracy and...

I love local coffee shops. They were so busy and was wondering if it was worth the wait. It absolutely was. They have such a great set up you just don’t get bored standing their. Many Route 66 items and coffee shops items to look at and purchase. The baristas were friendly I did encounter an upset customer who demanded be helped next because she had already stood in line for 20 min. The barista was professional and apologized but told her she still had to wait in line. As a standing customer I know it was a longer wait time but I am happy they did not let her cut in front of everyone. The entitled customer was rude I don’t like people treating hard working people like this. Next time I’m in town I will defiantly stop by again. Happy Camper drink was fantastic!!!

Ps. No Covid 19 precautions as the rest of the town. I will say take your own precautions because nobody will take care of you,...
