Natali Apartments — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay during this summer.  From the first contact of the owner, when he gave quick answers to our extensive questions, greeted us upon our arrival, showed where the private parking was (there is a charge on the parking, but definitely worth it, as it´s nearly impossible to park close by. Don´t forget to reserve your parking spot in advance as well) and helped with our luggage.  The apartment was perfectly spotless (I am VERY detail oriented! ;), kitchen fully equipped  (but surely you don´t need cooking with the wide variety of restaurants around), comfortable mattresses and although only a few meters from the centre, there was no noise in the apartment.  The free fast WIFI was excellent and really helped, especially as I had to do some work as well. These apartments are situated only 4 mins from the heart of Karlovy Vary. Of course the town is a stunning town with an amazing atmosphere, lots of little cafes and places to visit, the owner gave us lots of tips about what to do around town. We've paid for the accommodation through airbnb few months before our trip and when we arrived no-one was picking up the phone or answering our text messages. We've eventually managed to get a hold of the owner and he told us that the hotel is fully booked and he doesn't have any free rooms. This was during the movie festival and all hotels around were fully booked, so we did not manage to find any other place and had to stay in different city at our friend's place. My review is about apartment number 7. Noise insulation is extremely bad. You can wake up at night from a quiet conversation or coughing up of your neighbors. These conditions are incompatible with quiet life not speaking about Karlovy Vary recreation and relaxation. Return of money for this reason is denied.
