Fashion Loft — Hotel in Prague

Terrible experience. On the day of arrival we discovered that our reservation via booking was ignored and the owner rented this place to bigger group (bigger group up to 15pax, while we were only 8) in bad faith, focused onpy on profit. We were not let in nor been able to use the toilet. They told us that its not their fault and we were let down in the afternoon, with no place to go. The Fashion Loft representatives were rude and not helpful. They were trying to push the story that they didn't acknowledged our reservation which is a fraud and not true as we exchanged emails ref. the stay before. Please watch out for this property as you may end up with no beds in the city full of tourists with little...

I've stayed there for work with my colleagues and I never ever was in a worse apartment before :/ I've been in cheap hostels that were better than that.

On the pictures on booking site, the apartment looks 3x better that in reality.

Not comfortable beds, kitchen with not enough electrical outlets, second kitchen without any equipment except the sink (yes, no fridge or kitchenette), main fridge with holes in front doors and water/ice system ripped off, wind blowing through old windows... and you can name lots more inconveniences.

Der Eingang zum Haus ist relativ schwer zu finden weil nichts angeschrieben ist, außer dass es ein Display gibt, wo man einen Code eintippen kann. Das Stiegenhaus und der Lift schauen aus wie in einem Obdachlosenheim. Der Lift selbst lässt sich manchmal aus dem Erdgeschoss aus nicht öffnen und man muss zu Fuß gehen. Die Appartements sind teilweise nicht wie beschrieben ausgestattet (Haartrockner fehlt beispielsweise). Die Zimmer verfügen manchmal nicht einmal über einen Kasten, die Betten schauen unter den Bettlacken außerdem sehr unhygienisch aus (Zigarettenbrandy, Flecken von div. Körperflüssigkeiten) und die Aussicht ist auch nicht aus jedem Zimmer ein schöner Anblick. Bei unserem Appartement hatte man beispielsweise am Klo keine Privatsphäre, denn bei der Tür war ein locker 2cm breiter Spalt wo man Leute, die sich im Bad befanden, (gut) beobachten konnte. WLAN ist meistens von Anfang an nicht verfügbar und es muss erst gemeldet werden, dann wird es eingeschalten (wobei es dann immer noch nicht funktioniert).
