Sophia was a fantastic host and very easily accessible at any time should something arrise. We did experience a very noisy bunch of tenants who came in and liked to party past the time noise violation. We did try to talk to them and went to see them and they didn't care. But Sophia addressed it immediately 🙏 The units is clearly made and set up to accomodate a large amount of people and we feel this to be it's draw back. With 2 large rooms with a double bed and a single bed in one room. The living room has 2 large sofa/beds . However in the rooms there is 2 tallboy style wardrobes with very little hangers to provide a relaxing comfy stay. This place is the right size for 4 people max and you should remove the extra single beds in the rooms and provide more storage for others as using a bed to lay our clothes was just odd. Beds are some of the most comfy ones I've ever had 👍, but these are double beds and you should have double size blankets not single ones and the pillows are the worst I've ever had. Very cheap and terrible quality. One room had an en suite bathroom which is great and then there is a sharable master bathroom.. there is no bathtub but these are actually fantastic bathrooms. Really wish the towel warmers were working as these are usually used by us. Living room is big and comfy and the sofa beds are so comfortable WOW Balcony is great, well kept but the exterior elevator shaft blocks off partial view, and you are facing inward towards other units Kitchen is massive and very easy to use, thank you for adding wall signs to simplify the use of stove and dishwasher. My only issue here is there is no Keurig or Nespresso machine. But an older coffee machine and it's not very good. Final thoughts. This is the first Airbnb we've stayed at that didn't have a Nespresso machine or like version and we found this very off-putting especially for longer visits having to leave first thing everyday to go get coffee was such a pain as we really like to make our own breakfast. Also, this was the first Airbnb the we've stayed at that didn't have a welcome basket with local treats and a few local beers , water , beverages. And most places also provided a binder with a list of local restaurants, sites and info on public transportation. Sophia , you have such a great place and you are such a great host by answering us whenever we needed anything. This is my family's opinion on your nice place. But this is not set up for longer visits because of the comfort issues. Which we found at other Airbnb across the world in...
Read moreAmazing place to stay, definitely recommend for visiting Prague. You get an apartment with everything for live - washing machine, bathroom, kitchen where you can cook and eat with your family. I'm not sure about car parking, but probably you don't need car at all - you can reach most of famous places by walking or using tram service, which is great in Prague (actually, one of the reasons to visit it). Apartments house is just 20-30 meters from tram stop, and trams go to everywhere every few minutes.
Great thing for introverts - everything happens online, there is no reception, you don't have to meet other people to get in or check out. But can be not great if you want to do very last-minute booking, as you have to fill a form online and upload your IDs' scan before you get instructions how to get in apartment. I did booking in the morning, and got instructions just an hour or two later. There is also a phone number if you need assistance, but there was no need for me to use it.
Also, there are helping instructions in english for most of important things - cooling system, how to use coffee machine, what to do and what not; that tap water is drinkable, and so on... It really helps!
Can everything be soooo perfect? I can mention here 2 things, which could set the right expectations for next visitors: If you are looking for a great view from your bedroom window - better to ask if there is such possibility. We didn't have a great view, and for me it was not important, but can be important for someone who reads this review. Tea, sugar and already grounded coffee is there, including kettle and coffee machine. If you are a true coffee connoisseur, better to bring your own coffee. Otherwise, if you can drink any coffee like me, just buy a milk in a Penny supermarket which is 50 meters away.
Summary: great value for affordable price, especially if you are traveling as family with kids and walking-person/use more public transportation than...
Read moreA beautifully kept apartment in a central but very quiet location in Prague. The accommodation was modern, bright and immaculately clean. We had a very comfortable stay and it was spacious for our group of seven people. Parts of the apartment have underfloor heating. The sofa beds in the living area were also easy to set up and large. Bathrooms had constant hot water too. The location of this apartment is ideal for tram connections in the city and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. Kitchen is adequately equipped but there is no oven. However, this was not a problem for us. Do bring your own coffee and/or tea though as the ones provided are definitely budget quality. The pics of rooms shown online are all accurate.. A lift is available too. Would definitely recommend this place to others. A 5* rating for sure! Pics shown below are of main...
