My one star is not based on the taste of the ice cream, as sadly I wasn't even willing to accept the complimentary ice cream offered to me. The service was the worst I have ever experienced in any place. Having ordered an ice cream with two flavours being coconut and hazelnut, I was just glared at and bluntly told they don't have hazelnut. I explained that I'm sure I saw it towards the end of the counter and with rolling eyes I was told it was hazelnut chocolate. I confirmed it was the flavour I wanted with the coconut and the girl started scooping. I realised she was making 2 cones and quickly stopped her to say it was in fact just one cone with 2 flavours I required. She proceeded to argue, throw the other cone away and turn her back on me. I called her to say I'm truly sorry, as I think my order was lost in translation a bit. However she refused to acknowledge me and at that point I explained to her colleague, who was left holding the cone, that I found the girls attitude towards me atrocious and declined their offer of not paying for the ice cream. It is definitely not somewhere I would recommend of ever go to again. If she doesn't like serving tourists, I suggest this girl finds herself another job. She's definitely not suited to a customer...

45 CZK for a big scoop. Upgraded cone included!
This is a very unusual ice-cream shop with some daring flavors that you just have to try!
Rice is one of them, very interesting and surprisingly good for an ice-cream flavor. Tastes like a sweet rice porridge, just colder. It even has pieces of rice in it. It’s a bit watery, but very specific. It’s not something you would eat every day, but I appreciate it for the amazing idea. 4/5
Blueberry cheesecake was considered the “flavor of the month” when I got it. It tastes good, but it’s not very distinctive for its title. It feels light and refreshing. Similar taste as some more expensive supermarket ice-creams that you can buy. 3/5
Overall a nice looking place and some interesting ice-creams. I want to see a better choice for the flavor of the month next time though! Follow my...
Read moreAbsolutely stunning. As an italian, getting ice cream outside of Italy, or even finding something that closely resembles it, is hard. When we spotted the ice creams from outside, which were covered, we immediately knew we had to try it. I got lavender and rice, while the rice is nothing to ride home about, it was still nice. The lavender was instead very tasty and a pleasure to have. As that was nice, we all tried the coffee, we were really surprised by the quality of the coffee, which was served with a cup of water, something which is rare even in most of Italy. The coffee was not burnt, instead, it tasted really nice and was a nice final to the gelato. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone finding themselves in Prague, as it is better than a lot of things I ate - and drank - in Italy. A well...
