Amazing Hospitality at Rixos Tower Pyramids View
Our stay at Rixos Tower Pyramids View was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. The airport pickup was seamless, our driver was punctual and ready to greet us. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing beverage, which set the tone for a great experience.
The hotel staff offered us a variety of tours at reasonable prices, providing plenty of options to explore Cairo. However, what truly stood out was our driver, Fehdi. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout our trip. Fehdi, thank you so much! Your humility and genuine personality made our experience even more special, we wish you all the best!
The location is perfect if you're focusing on visiting the Pyramids and exploring Cairo, as it’s very close to these main attractions. However, if you're traveling alone as a woman, I wouldn’t recommend walking around by yourself. It’s much safer and more convenient to use the hotel’s drivers, who are extremely helpful and reliable.
As for the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. However, the noise levels were quite high, as you can hear the lively and chaotic atmosphere of Cairo. But this is expected in an affordable hotel in a city that never sleeps.
Overall, we highly recommend Rixos Tower Pyramids View for its excellent service, friendly staff, and great...
Read moreI stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience of my entire trip. The hotel itself is newly renovated and the staff were friendly and polite, but the location completely ruined the stay.
The area around the hotel is extremely dirty, noisy, and feels very chaotic — there is no sense of hygiene or organization. Right next to a small grocery shop or café, there’s a butcher and several stray animals running around in the heat. The streets are filthy, and it honestly felt unsafe, especially at night.
As a tourist, it was also very uncomfortable walking around. Wearing shorts or a skirt makes you stand out, and people give you strange or unpleasant looks, so you feel pressured to cover up with pants and a T-shirt.
When we arrived, our room wasn’t cleaned properly, so housekeeping had to come again. Behind the bed, I found a lot of dust and dirt — clearly not cleaned for a long time. It was honestly disgusting.
I had high expectations for Cairo, but this experience completely changed my impression. Places like Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada are much cleaner, safer, and more tourist-friendly. Sadly, I would never...

Thanks to Albert (the owner) for offering a great price, he's easy to negotiate with. The service at this hotel really went beyond my expectations. The staff were very helpful and polite. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing juice drink. My wife and I really enjoyed our 8-day stay here.
Personally, I really appreciate the food, the service, and how friendly the staff were. They even treated me like a friend, which was a nice touch—especially for tourists. They gave helpful tips on how to avoid scams and shared info about local prices, like for cigarettes and other things.
The hotel is located near the main road, so it can be a bit noisy (Egyptians never sleep!), but that’s not the hotel’s fault, and for me, it was never a big issue. It’s also conveniently located just a 10–15 minute walk to the Giza Pyramids.
They also offer tour guide services at reasonable prices, and you can...
