What a charming hotel, with *OUTSTANDING customer service from a woman at the reception desk named “Layal.”|I hope the owner’s know how fortunate they are to have to have her as their employee, and give her the praise she deserves. ||Our room is perfect for the 2 of us. Love the beamed ceiling, and the ability to open both windows, to enjoy the view and the fresh air. ||The breakfast room, located downstairs in a rock walled area (reminds me of a wine cellar) is delightful. It’s light and bright with many options including varieties of juices, yogurt, fruit, sliced meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh baguettes, rolls, Croissant, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and a coffee machine that makes each cup fresh, hot and delicious. ||The street they’re located on has many shop’s and restaurant’s quite nearby. ||I definitely recommend this boutique hotel if you’re looking for authentic French charm. | Be aware that the elevator is small ( holds only 2 people), and it stops 1/2 way between floors. So you’ll need your either go up a few steps on the narrow circular staircase, or down a few steps to get to your room. The exceptions I’m aware of being the lobby and the...

I am really sorry to have to give this hotel a lousy rating, but the service is absolutely abysmal. The room is small but comfortable, and the location great, but that does not compensate for the disgusting setvice and the complete lack of management. We requested 2 rooms with two beds in each room. We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm. There rooms had only a double bed. I asked at reception, and he apologized and said that unfortunately he could not split the beds at night, but that housekeeping would do it today. In addition, there was only one bath towel. I asked for a second bath towel and he brought a small towel that you put on the floor. I had to go out to reception again with the bath towel to show him what I needed. This is a room for two adults. I guess the hotel thinks that not only do I share a bed with my adult son, but a bath towel too. Then today we got back to the room at 3:30pm, and lo and behold the beds had not been separated. When I complained the new person at reception apologized and said it was not his fault, but housekeeping, and that there was nothing he could do about it. digusting...

We stayed here for a girls shopping trip and it was absolutely the perfect location.

It is extremely close to Notre Dame and the Seine. It’s an ideal in between spot from Rue de Rivoli and on the other side of the seine to Saint Germain des Pres (30 mins scenic walk).

If you are wanting a relaxing Parisian stay where you can walk out of the hotel and take a few steps to some restaurants with outdoor seating, some ice cream or to be close to the seine; this is the perfect hotel for you.

The hotel itself is very chic and boutique. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our entire trip. There are also many additional services you can include for you stay such as English speaking shuttle to train stations or airports, breakfast, and room items.

The rooms are modern and clean and are exactly as the pictures show. Some have balconies and full length windows which is what we had. At night the rooms are extremely quiet, so much we slept with the windows open for a bit of noise.

Overall this a very cute boutique hotel with...

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The location seemed to me the best in all of Paris: In the middle of the most beautiful old town, yet on its own island, separated from the buzz of the city. This hotel is in an old building and you can really feel the authentic historical atmosphere. Our room, although small, had 3 tall windows in Parisian style, facing the corner of two streets. And yet the interior was very fresh and newly renovated in a way that respected the old structure. The only problem was poor sound isolation. We still slept well since we were so tired after lots of walking in the city, but it could be a problem if you have bad luck with the neighbours. The staff was really friendly and all our minor requests were granted without fuss or extra charge. Breakfast was good and had a fair price.

The location is PERFECT and the ALL staff are so helpful and friendly! (Not just one person!) My husband and I are very happy with our stay here. The hotel is well maintained and clean. For Paris standards, the room size is normal. (You really only need it for sleeping anyway.) Also, you have enough room for your legs on the toilet in the bathroom. (Something I researched quite a bit for a Paris hotel. So we were happy with that too.) The price is great for what you get! We loved our corner balcony room too! We stayed here several days for our honeymoon/one year anniversary. Thank you to the hotel for being so accommodating for us!
