An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Hide – Tbilisi’s Hidden Gem

Dining at Hide in Tbilisi was an absolute highlight of my trip. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is no ordinary restaurant—Hide delivers a five-star experience across the board.

The service was flawless: warm, knowledgeable, and effortlessly professional. The staff struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that made the evening truly special.

The food? Simply exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—creative without being fussy, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or just looking for a memorable meal, Hide’s menu is an absolute treat.

The location is another standout feature. Tucked away in a stylish corner of Tbilisi, Hide offers a serene escape from the buzz of the city while still being perfectly central. It feels like a well-kept secret—one you’re incredibly glad to have discovered.

All in all, Hide is a masterclass in modern dining. If you’re in Tbilisi and looking for an elevated culinary experience, this place is not...

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The ambiance is very nice, and we chose to sit inside, where the beautiful decor creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The waitresses were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Here’s what we ordered: • Georgian Salad with Kakhetian Oil: Very fresh with a good portion size. A great start to the meal. • Eggplant with Cheese: Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended if you visit. • Khinkali with Cheese: The cheese was perfectly melted, and the dish was very flavorful. It came with 5 pieces, which were just the right amount. • Chicken Ojakhuri: A hearty and tasty dish—definitely a great choice. • Mushroom in Ketsi with Suluguni: A must-try! The flavors were rich and satisfying.

We also enjoyed 3 glasses of red wine, and they even let me sample a few options to choose the one I liked best—a lovely touch.

The total for everything was 147 GEL, which is very reasonable for the quality of food and service we received.

Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Georgian food and a warm,...

If it’s Khachapuri and Khinkali you’re after, then HIDE is for you. With amazing service, an atmosphere both outside and inside that makes your occasion and of course, impeccable food, HIDE is the place to be.

Greeted by all of the amazing staff, we had to sit inside given how busy the place was as walk ins. Inside is a comfortable, basement style with exposed brick work and modern styles, maintains the theme you see all around Tbilisi.

We ordered the Adjarian Khachapuri (black), eggplant with walnuts and the Khinkali with cheese and special sauce. Paired with a Saperavi and a local Tsinandali, we were treated to some of the most delicious and beautifully presented Georgian cuisine.

All food was delicious and perfect in their flavour, seasoning and balance.

Be warned, cheese on cheese is a lot of cheese for most (unless you’re like me) so I would recommend breaking it up with a meat Khinkali.

When in Tbilisi this is a must for...

Review: Hide – Best Dining Experience in Tbilisi Out of all the restaurants we tried in Tbilisi, Hide was by far the best. From the moment we arrived, we received great recommendations on which wine we might like, and it turned out to be our absolute favorite by the end of the trip. The food was excellently explained, and we got to taste a variety of dishes—all of which were absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding; the man who served us was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great experience. Even though the restaurant was only open for another hour when we arrived, they still welcomed us warmly and allowed us to enjoy our meal without any rush. One thing to note is that the restaurant is a bit hard to spot from the street, so using Maps is definitely helpful to find it. If you’re looking for amazing food, great wine, and top-notch service in Tbilisi, Hide is the place to go!
