I got to travel to quite a few cities in the world, I stayed in quite a few good and quality hotels, but service like I got from the amazing staff of the HoteI City I did not get anywhere else! Mariana and her AMAZING team (Nikoloz, Beto) made my vacation better, more pleasant, more interesting and most of all I felt at home. In every request, every question, every help needed (even when ordering food to the room) they were always there for me. I got a lot of recommendations and information from them about trips in the city and out of town and it helped me a lot in planning my day. The room I stayed in was always clean, very spacious, cozy with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with a lovely shower. Breakfast is basic but meets expectations (the girl there is lovely and gives good service with a smile). The location of the hotel is wonderful! You can reach any major attraction in the city by foot, I have hardly used taxis. Do not think twice - this is your hotel in Tbilisi! A boutique hotel with excellent personal treatment, rooms that will meet your needs and there is also a terrace with a stunning view of the city! On my next trip to Tbilisi I will definitely return to the City Hotel.||Mariana, Nikoloz, Beto and the rest of the team - THANK YOU||See you soon...
Read moreI had a very pleasant stay at Hotel City.
The hotel stands out for its excellent location, cleanliness, and simplicity. What made the experience even better was the genuine hospitality of all the staff. Every single one of them was kind and professional. I didn’t have time to learn everyone’s names, but I especially remember Mr. Alex and Ms. Salome (apologies if I got the name wrong), who were both incredibly dedicated and proactive in helping us.
The hotel is in a lively yet quiet area, away from the city noise but close to everything. When you step outside and turn left, you’ll reach a street that takes you in two great directions. Going right leads you to the vibrant old town, and from there it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Bridge of Peace. Turning left takes you straight to Freedom Square in about two minutes, then to the elegant Shota Rustaveli Avenue and Galleria Tbilisi, a busy and modern shopping center with a great outdoor atmosphere.
It's important to always evaluate a hotel based on its category and level. My review is based on this understanding, and within its class, Hotel City performs very well.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and...
Read moreThank you Kisi hotel for wonderful stay! Soon as we left we wanted to come back. We stayed for 4 amazing nights. Staff are very friendly, they speak English, Russian and more languages and of course Georgian. They helped us with everything we wanted and more than they had to. Breakfast is amazing, Georgian and European food , veggies and fruits, and great coffee! Rooms were clean they gave us fresh cookies everyday, fresh towels, shampoo and everything daily, fresh cups and glasses and water. Minibar was good also. Location is amazing 3m walking distance from the center full of restaurants and bars, the center is very crowded so you wanna stay in the little streets nearby no matter where you stay. Sleeping comfort was amazing in this hotel, the beds are super comfy and everything feels clean. The design was cool we took the deluxe room and we had 2 more rooms at the hotel and they were all great (not deluxe) with different balconies - great plus. We enjoyed from the service, the people who work there, the food, the sleeping comfort, the location and everything you need the hotel to be and we loved the design. Can't wait to go back !!!! Thank you Kisi Hotel staff for an...
