The "hotel", or more of a big guest house, is a bit far from the city center, but avoid the city noises, and the rooms are correct for this price range.
Do not be fooled by the pictures, but there is no swimming pool in this establishment. The rooms are also not as nice as the pictures and are, for most, decent low standard rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms during the stay).
We booked the "premium rooms" of the hotel. However, it is not convenient to have theses rooms next to the kitchen, as you may be awaken by the staff preparing the breakfast around 6:00 AM or the early travelers.
The rooms show a very poor insonorisation, and we suffered all stay from noisy families next door. The air conditioning is poor but sufficed.
The breakfast is all right, and simple to start lightly the day while enjoying a nice view of the city.
The owner is not of very good counseling when coming to visits and can be very insistent sometimes (to leave a good evaluation, etc). He should not be able to be in the business.
You were also not able to pay by card, only cash. So be aware to prepare this in advance as you do not have any utilities in proximity.
If you made a reservation via Booking, the owner will pressure you to cancel your reservation for you to have a better price (cut the Booking commission). This is very unprofessional.
A very correct stay, you could find better at a lower price, and with...

Our family had a very disappointing experience at Tbilisi View Hotel. On our first day, the manager, Giga, was polite and even helped us. However, his attitude completely changed the next day. He became rude—especially towards our 2-year-old son.
Our son is very energetic and, like most toddlers, tends to speak in a loud voice when he’s playing. While we were having breakfast, which is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Giga approached us around 9:00 AM and asked us to keep quiet because some guests were still sleeping. It felt as though he didn’t even consider us as guests. He started ranting, and although we apologized, he responded harshly, saying, “Stop saying sorry, just do it.” We found this incredibly disrespectful—especially considering we are not children to be spoken to that way.
Every time we passed by the reception afterward, he would ignore us—no greetings, no basic courtesy. Is that really what you call customer service?
The hotel itself is nice, and the food was good, but the attitude of this manager named Giga completely ruined our stay. We chose not to argue, as we are just tourists trying to enjoy our trip.
Very disappointing experience. We do not recommend this hotel for families...
Read moreWe stayed here twice reason mainly because of the view and accessible location. First was 6 days then we came back during out last stays for another 4 days. The nightly rates are reasonable given it comes with breakfast. Rooms get cleaned on daily basis; towels including slippers are changed daily, dental kits are replenished daily. Rooms - Layout of hotel room probably not ideal. There is no plug outlets near the kettle so we actually have to move it around just to use it. No tea or coffee given, but it’s available 24/7 at the pantry area at the basement. Also, there’s a dedicated cabinet tor fridge but the fridge was outside instead. This might be due to the plug outlet not being available near it. Bathroom size is bigger than usual hotel bathroom. Location - very accessible. Metro and mini bus stops are very near the hotel Service - as the same as other hotels we stayed in Georgia, main challenge is the language. Once they understood what you want, service is fast. Also, they allow my partner to leave his bike during our first stay. Facilities - no gym, no pool as advertised so it’s fine Food - Breakfast is good and served same daily, but lots of options Overall - Good value for money. Would...
