The lady at the reception is the rudest and the most dishonest person I've met in Georgia. The toilet in the personal room was dirty and there was no toilet paper as well as no water to wash the hands. I was supposed to wait for 15 minutes for the lady to come for the traditional scrub but they have forgotten me and so when someone came to announce to me that I had 5 minutes left and realised their mistake, I got a very quick service after which I was asked to hurry up and get dressed while a cleaning lady was cleaning around me. I literally found myself half naked, with the door half open, the next customers just behind the door waiting to enter.. I had to finish putting my shoes and sweater out in the street... Mistakes are human and I was only expecting a simple apology. But when I tried to explain what happened to the receptionist, she shouted at me saying that it was all my fault and I was not smart enough to deal with it. Let's say that this mean behaviour is just a huge exception to the rule about the hospitality of...
Read moreI think I checked every bath in this area and this one is the best.. It's also fully booked most of the day so make sure to book it n advance.. We took the private room with hot, cold pool and sauna room.. Believe me it was a big room.. It's good for groups it cost 120 lari for the room for one hour, and 10 lari for Kesi (scrubbing) for each person also I recommend to buy a new Kesi for the hygiene. 1 hour was good for us since we are a couple.. The process was 15 minutes to soak in hot sulfur water.. Then a lady came to scrub my girlfriend.. After that a man came to scrub me.. Each one took around 12 minutes to finish.. Then we had about 20 minutes to use the sauna and rest in the hot, cold pools.. We brought our towels with us because they charge 2 lari for each towel. They have hairdryer outside.. All in all was a good experience, next time we'll take a smaller room since we didn't have time for the sauna and we were scared to jump into...

After an hour's experience and the scrub, when we got to the cashier they told us that we had to pay cash, which we didn't have. After a while, we got fed up and asked if it was okay to pay 50 Gel by card, to which the lady at reception replied that if you pay 60 Gel, it's fine, otherwise, nothing. Luckily, I know Georgians and they managed to help us, but all the staff are really unpleasant and rude. I don't...
