It was a really nice place to enjoy your icecream. It's a small, quite and cosy place. The icecream from luca polare is really delicious. So far thier icecream is the best icecream that I've had in Tbilisi. It is located in old Tbilisi, not much far from narikala, rike park, peace bridge and mother of Georgia. So if you are visiting these places and feel like having an ice-cream you can easily go there. Less than a kilometre from these places. The staff here is quite helpful and have an inviting attitude towards the customer while been professional and polite. There several flavours of icecream and the coffee available is also good. It is a perfect place to go out with a couple of friends and just simply chill-out there. The location is perfect and the icecream quality is also fantastic, I'm pretty sure once you try their icecream you'll probably be compelled to go there again and again. I love this place. Ice-cream had a great texture, not too soft and not too hard. And the flavours were very good. We got "nutella", "banana" and "chocolate with hazelnuts and banana". Nutella was the best nutella I've ever tried - it wasn't too overpowering as nutella can be, just perfect. Banana was great, it tasted very naturally, maybe a bit on the sweeter side, but still that very lovely natural taste. Chocolate with hazelnuts and banana was probably my favourite. It was like eating a chocolate bar, but having a nice aftertaste (normal chocolate for me leaves an aftertaste that I'm not too keen on). Attention owner and customers! We came this place with an expectation of nice ice cream and good service. Ice cream was good with delicious flavours. However, I can not say the same thing for the staff. They were ignoring and talking each other while we are trying to giving order. Black haired girl was not actively listening. She was not even looking at you and turning her head other way while we are ordering. We kindly asked to make sure everything is okay. But she did not even answer that. It is so rude and unacceptable for a business . Overall they have nice ice cream to cool down our heat. But customer service is horrible. Thank you...
