After a long day exploring the beautiful Tbilisi Old Town, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant based on a high recommendation from a friend who was traveling with us at the time. He had spoken highly of the place, praising its excellent service and tasty food. However, our experience was a complete disappointment—not only for us but also for him, as the reality fell far short of his previous visit.
From the beginning, the experience was underwhelming. While the lady at the entrance welcomed us warmly and raised our expectations, things quickly went downhill. We were seated at a table that had not yet been cleared, leaving us waiting for the servers to clean up before we could even settle in. Once we finally received the menus, we were rushed to place our orders without any helpful suggestions or encouragement for the dishes we were interested in. Still, trusting our friend’s recommendation, we decided to go ahead.
When the food arrived, we were shocked. The grilled meat was cold and poorly cooked—it was clear it hadn’t been grilled properly. While we understand that cold weather can affect how quickly food cools, this was beyond acceptable. Additionally, the bread we ordered was cold and had a rubbery texture, which was incredibly disappointing.
The service was another major letdown. The servers were nowhere to be found when we needed something, forcing us to actively search for them multiple times. Even when we managed to find them, reminders were necessary to get anything done. The lack of attention and care made the entire dining experience frustrating and unpleasant.
The only redeeming aspect of the evening was the live band. The musicians played beautifully and created a pleasant ambiance, but unfortunately, this couldn’t make up for the poor service and subpar food.
To top it off, when we received the bill, the servers had the audacity to point out that tips and service charges were not included, clearly expecting a tip despite the lackluster service. On our way out, the lady who initially welcomed us asked for feedback. However, when we shared our honest thoughts, she seemed indifferent, giving us a dismissive look that felt like, “We don’t care.”
In conclusion, if you’re considering visiting this restaurant, we recommend thinking twice. This was our experience, and while it might be different for others, we found it to be a waste of time and money. There are far better options in Tbilisi that offer both quality food and...

Most of the people at the restaurant were bothered by waiting for their order and the workers seems unprofessional and just trying to collect tourists without even trying to make sure they are happy with the food...
Read moreThis place was referred by our friend. Since they capitalize on filipino market/taste we went there and tried. Everything was fine and nice, until we ask for separate checks for 3 people and 9 will be another, would be 2 checks. Btw, we are 12 in the group. 3 of us has to separate the check because we have arrangement with our payment and money. And this lady named sofo/supu (not sure of the spelling) started to say “why? Why do you have to separate your check? Not allowed to separate!” -in a rudest way possible. We just politely said, “we want separate” then she started again, “but you are 1 group! Why do you have to separate?” Check your cctv if it’s working, it was right in front of our face. You can see how she treated us. It would have been ok, if she ask it nicely. But her tone, face and body language was like too offended of this separate check. In our whole tour we keep on doing it, even 4separate checks at a time. We were too stunned to speak. First, it’s none of her business how we want to spend our dinner. Second, you are in customer service Ms. Sofo/Supo. The crispy pata and belly was to die for. Really tasty and buttery soft. But no matter how yummy your food is if your quality of service and how you treat people is that bad… everything will be ruin. Disappointed was an understatement for us. Why do you have to be so rude? We went there happy and we came out feeling meh. I have been to thousands of restaurant in different countries but I have never been rudely serve. Even this Mariam, she is also rude and frowning. She only started to smile when she ask for a review. It’s not my first time in Georgia. I hope customer service will be...
