Grafika — Restaurant in Tbilisi

We were at Idilia a week ago approximately. Food was good and inside is very nice, but waitress didn't speak English or Russian, I asked her to repeat our order, because it was big and some people changed their mind regarding the salad. She didn't understand me when I asked to repeat our order, I askes in Russian and in few different ways:"Please tell our order again with your mouth. Repeat our order? Can you tell us what we've ordered?". Usually when the order is big waiters are trying to confirm the order, but I was so exhausted just by trying to explain this simple thing... And what she did? She printed our check in Georgian and brought it to me saying :" That's what you've asked for?". At this point i was already exhausted or having this conversation, wanted to run away... She obviously messed up our salads order, she didn't know English menu... If you are foreigner, just avoid...

Visited the place today at 9pm. Impressive interior, tasty cocktails and decent food. The service however is something to work on. The waitress has spilled over a drink over and my husband. She did say “I am so sorry” and gave me a pile of paper napkins… and that’s it. No one even tried to propose any compensation for this situation, which is not acceptable for this restaurant price tag. Administration should teach the staff not only to bring the drinks properly but also to handle unpleasant and unprofessional service. We were lucky to wear dark clothes that were hardly ruined. I don’t need money for the laundry but I would not mind if someone at least tried to fixed my ruined mood. PS I could request a compensation right on the place but I hate making scenes. I've been meaning to visit Grafika for a while now. It used to be a very popular place a few years ago and it's nice to know they're still keeping up with the quality and service. Everything we had from the menu was great, except for the pasta which was "too homely" as my friend described it. I loved that the chicken sandwich came in 4 pieces and was a great portion to share. The berry iced tea with milk was something I have never come across in other places and found very delicious. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing for some, but personally I find it a bit cheesy. Overall, I'd say it's a great place for tourists to eat in the centre without getting ripped off, and for Georgians to feel like tourists in...
